Biancazerozero In Firenze

After yesterday evening I can and must say that I no longer have any doubts in affirming that, if you want to eat a good Roman Pinsa in Florence, "Bianco Zero Zero" is definitely the right place! I thank so much the very nice and friendly girl who served us at the table for having convinced me to follow her advice to try the off-menu proposal, that is a Pinsa with chopped fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and lots of basil on top. I really devoured it in an instant because it was truly idyllic to the palate and beautiful to the sight. Thank you very much and compliments for the service and for the quality of the raw materials you offer. I fully recommend it.

The place is nice but the service was absolutely disorganized. It took them a long time to come and order and bring us the cover, and at the table next to us they got the order wrong. On the other hand, the pizza arrived quickly and was very good.

Buona pinsa, condita anche con i ingredienti alternativi, personale cortese. Unica pecca le basi già precotte o cmq già pronte e solo da guarnire e portare a fine cottura. Un tempo, se non ricordo male, venivano stese e preparate al momento....
