26/10/2024: The top of Corbara (and beyond). I had the pleasure of coming here several times, as I was on the road... Always take-away pizza, to be precise. I must say that it exceeded my expectations, so much so that I come back with pleasure when I can. The pizza, not Neapolitan (it's the least of the "problems"), is very light and also maintains that "cruncy" character, cooked very well and with superior quality ingredients! Just think of the beautiful large prawns they use, the aubergines they cook in the pan just before putting them on the pizza... No small details! Courteous and very professional staff, excellent prices... as soon as I can I will sit down to calmly try the cuisine... Having gone there on a Wednesday or Thursday I saw the room empty, I don't know how many customers there are on weekends but I hope that this local community receives what it rightly deserves.
