Benito Al Bosco In Velletri

What can I say? A place where the art of Benito and his family continues with love and courtesy to all their customers. I've been several times for lunch and dinner, and I have to praise everyone, including the kitchen and the waiters. Fine, authentic cuisine, rooted in tradition. Excellent restaurant. The chef even cooks for world leaders! Highly recommended. The fish is always fresh!

I spent a night working there. The rooms were clean and tidy, the location on the hill was beautiful, and the restaurant was top-notch. For lunch, I had a delicious rice dish. In the evening, I had a raw fish appetizer and a mixed fried fish dish. Not good...but delicious. Then there was the lobby, with the photos of the owner and all those people...beautiful, I liked it.

Noisy atmosphere in the internal room, perhaps better to sit outside if possible

They are number 1, welcoming and homely, with wonderful staff.

Benito Al Bosco è e rimane nel tempo un’eccellenza dell’arte culinaria italiana. Vengo spesso in questo ristorante ed ogni volta è un susseguirsi di emozioni che solo la cucina di Benito al Bosco e la famiglia Morelli possono regalare. Dalla cucina di mare con il pescato di Anzio ai piatti della tradizione veliterna/romana, tutto è perfetto. Una nota di elogio va anche al personale di sala guidati magistralmente da Roberto Morelli, sempre attento al cliente e all’eleganza del tavolo e del locale stesso. Principalmente mi reco per la cucina di mare ed i piatti che amo sono il risotto ai frutti di mare con profumo d’agrumi; il tagliolino cacio, pepe e gamberi; la spigola o l’orata guarnita con carciofi croccanti e per ultima la meravigliosa frittura! Oltre alla prelibata cucina, Benito al Bosco possiede una meravigliosa cantina in cui si possono scegliere etichette di tutta Italia e non solo! Come in un bosco, a seconda delle stagioni, si possono trovare vari frutti e prelibatezze tra i tanti voglio menzionare i funghi porcini, le fragoline e i frutti di bosco. Consiglio vivamente tutti coloro che sono di passaggio in quel di Velletri di fermarsi in questo paradiso e lasciarsi coccolare dalla cucina, dal servizio e dalla location unica!!
