I went in for coffee there, I tried the cappuccino and it was okay, but the place is amazing at sunset.

We dined overlooking the sea, enjoying raw seafood, lobster, and eggplant tortelli with stracciata. Recommended for those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, beauty, and quality. We'll definitely be back!

When impeccable service meets fantastic food and wine. But then somehow both are surpassed by the ambience. At this point, you can only give thanks.

We stopped in for a drink because of the exceptional views. It's expensive, but you know that before you even enter. 100% recommended.

We expected the best when we booked our week long vacation, but the experience far surpassed our expectations. Yes, the views are amazing, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beach is different. Not Caribbean style sand beaches, but the carved out tunnels down to the private beach and clear Mediterranean water was amazing. What really sets this hotel apart that none of the pictures show is the quality of service. The staff was amazing! Not in the American customer service (smile and head nod) trained way. No, these people were sincerely and genuinely nice people who helped with so many come back to aspects of our trip. If we come back to Sorrento, we’ll stay at the Syrene!

You couldn’t ask for a better experience in Sorrento! Everyone we talked to locally said this is the best hotel, and we totally agree! Views are amazing, the location is perfect, the service is top notch, and every detail in the design and the overall experience is so well thought-out. I have to give a special shout out to Roberto, the “gate keeper” who helped us when we pulled up, to Roberta who was the friendly smiling face always there to help, to Venessa who is one of the most pleasant and helpful people you’ll ever meet! All Made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!
