We dined overlooking the sea, enjoying raw seafood, lobster, and eggplant tortelli with stracciata. Recommended for those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, beauty, and quality. We'll definitely be back!

We stopped in for a drink because of the exceptional views. It's expensive, but you know that before you even enter. 100% recommended.

Had the best time getting dinner and drinks. The views here of the sunset are the absolute best in Sorrento. We were also lucky enough to catch some fireworks😊 Special shout out to Roberto, the front gate keeper for helping us get the perfect table for a booking at the last minute!!

We expected the best when we booked our week long vacation, but the experience far surpassed our expectations. Yes, the views are amazing, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beach is different. Not Caribbean style sand beaches, but the carved out tunnels down to the private beach and clear Mediterranean water was amazing. What really sets this hotel apart that none of the pictures show is the quality of service. The staff was amazing! Not in the American customer service (smile and head nod) trained way. No, these people were sincerely and genuinely nice people who helped with so many come back to aspects of our trip. If we come back to Sorrento, we’ll stay at the Syrene!

You couldn’t ask for a better experience in Sorrento! Everyone we talked to locally said this is the best hotel, and we totally agree! Views are amazing, the location is perfect, the service is top notch, and every detail in the design and the overall experience is so well thought-out. I have to give a special shout out to Roberto, the “gate keeper” who helped us when we pulled up, to Roberta who was the friendly smiling face always there to help, to Venessa who is one of the most pleasant and helpful people you’ll ever meet! All Made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Aperitif on the terrace sipped with a gaze that, independent of any will, flew from Capri to the coast of Massa Lubrense!

Very nice location and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Service seemed what I would call somewhat reluctant and we often had to ask for things you never expect to ask for in 5*. Sundeck at the beach was great and not too busy.

We had a lot of fun in the hotel terrace. The view is spectacular. The bar offers non alcoholic cocktails that are good. We had the mille feuille with mascarpone peach cream that was great ! The place accepts reservations (recommended) Would come back again 👍🏻

Bonito lugar, la comida no es barata y mediocre, así que su solo pagar por la vista que puede obtener un montón de colocado, la reserva pide una foto para que puedan saludarlo, pero en su lugar no le pidieron que tiene una reserva aquí? Preguntando como si no perteneciera. Algunos empleados parecían muy poco interesados y esperas más en un lugar como ese

Qué fantástico restaurante de principio a fin. Reservamos para nuestros amigos cumpleaños especiales y esto no decepcionó. Recibido a su llegada por el personal amable y conducido a nuestra mesa con vistas a la bahía, las vistas son espectaculares. Copa de burbujas a la llegada y el servicio y la comida en todo eran de primera clase. Extra especial ya que el personal proporcionó un desierto local con velas para nuestros amigos y el pianista residente jugó feliz cumpleaños. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente para cualquier ocasión especial, ya que sin duda lo hicieron especial.
