Bellevue Syrene In Sorrento

Wonderful hotel overlooking the sea in the heart of Sorrento. We decided to organize our wedding in this fairytale location. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the welcome, the service and above all the quality of the food thanks to the mastery of Chef Raffaele Coppola. 5 stars are not enough to describe the fairy tale they made us live.

It had been a dream since she was a girl...coming home during school I would pass there, next to Bellevue I would look out there in that small white window overlooking the wonderful terrace of Bellevue and I was simply dreaming... dreamed of since I was little I told myself and repeated to myself one day I will get married there...so it was on 10 July 2024 I fulfilled my dream, exceeding every type of expectation, that dream I had as a girl became a wonderful reality...it was the day best of my life. I never doubted the professionalism I would encounter. We write this review to thank all the staff at Bellevue, for the professionalism, kindness and attention they have always given us. I would first of all like to thank Mariamatilde, a very sweet professional, ready to satisfy our every request, always smiling and courteous, ditto Angelo, both with a humility of absurd soul. Mariamatilde was present at every moment during the wedding day, making sure that everything proceeded smoothly, but not only on the day of the wedding, but also in the days preceding it, she always appeared available and attentive. A special thank you also to the Chefs who were exceptional, following us from the choice of menus to the day of the rehearsal, giving us lots and lots of advice, scrupulously attentive, they followed us step by step, satisfying our every request, also honoring us with a greeting on the day of the wedding, thank you Chef Raffaele and Ivan you were wonderful. A last but not least thank you to the maître Nando who didn't leave us for a moment asking us if we needed anything, remaining by our side all day and after the ceremony we chatted, pleasantly comparing ourselves with him, a great person as well as a great professional in the sector . The waiters are always smiling, kind and courteous. We couldn't ask for anything more, everything was as we had dreamed, in fact much better, everything exceeded expectations. Not to mention the suite where we slept on our wedding night without words, breakfast in the morning in the room was something to take your breath away. Bellevue is a simply dreamlike place, with terraces overlooking the sea and a breathtaking sunset. The attention to detail, from design to construction, was impeccable thanks to Mariamatilde and Angelo. A dream come true. We will carry this day forever in our hearts like most of the exceptional staff at Bellevue. We are grateful for all the work done and absolutely recommend it to all newlyweds. Historic hotel in Sorrento located in a prestigious position.

We booked this restaurant months in advance on the recommendation from a popular Facebook group, and it did not disappoint. It was a little hard to find because the Google maps location is wrong, but everything inside was perfection. The staff were excellent, we were sat next to railings as a pianist played beautiful renditions. Food came out really quickly, loved the spaghetti and the ravioli. Dessert was also exceptional. We are so glad we came and would definitely return, if we came to the town again.

Bellevue Syrene is our place of peace, where beauty, courtesy and good food allow us to recover, escaping from everyday stress. We have been guests of the hotel on several occasions, but every time I am amazed by the regenerating power of this place, where everything is perfect and designed to welcome guests. Enchanting position from which you can enjoy the sunset while sipping an aperitif, rooms always up to expectations, very courteous and always available staff. The real treat is having breakfast in the Pompeian villa in the hotel building, overlooking the gulf, Naples and Vesuvius. We will return again. Highly recommended.

Salida totalmente empañada por una muy mala recepción. Reservé con un mes de anticipación a través de un mail. Nos hicieron esperar 25’ habiendo una mesa libre (cuya foto anexo) Mi plato, calamar grillado no fue nada del otro mundo, tenía muchas nueces, sin ningún tratamiento especial, que más eran para un desayuno que para otra cosa. Lo siento pero además de la hermosa vista desde la terraza, no vale la pena.

The most beautiful, romantic setting for dinner. The food and service were incredible. Honestly the best meal I have ever had including the live pianist!Wow what a birthday!

I remember as if it were yesterday that day when we arrived on the Pompeian terrace, and I and the man who would soon become my husband looked at each other and fell in love with that place that we immediately chose as the setting for our big day... it was love at first sight. We write this review to thank all the Bellevue staff for the professionalism, kindness and attention they have always given us along the entire journey but in particular to thank Teresa from the bottom of our hearts who, from the first meeting, demonstrated great professionalism . Teresa was able to listen carefully to our requests and worked hard to make our dream of a perfect wedding come true. Thanks to his knowledge and experience in the sector he was able to provide us with a wide range of options for all choices, from the tableau de mariage, to entertainment and floral decorations, helping us to make decisions and adapting them to our personal preferences. During the wedding day, Teresa was present at every moment, making sure that everything went smoothly, she even accompanied us down to the pier, helping us with the photo shoot and remaining by our side the entire time. He effectively coordinated all the workers, relieving us of many thoughts (florist, singer, fountains, etc.). Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our special day without worries. Despite the various worries, anxiety and indecisions, Teresa, with her sweetness, was able to listen to us, always find time to reserve for us throughout the preparation process, despite the enormous work she had to dedicate herself to and above all she was able to show me empathy, even when I didn't know how to manage the anxiety well, transmitting it to him during some of our meetings. Calmly and patiently, he resolved all our doubts, always providing us with a valid solution to every "problem". His dedication, his professionalism and his creativity made our wedding an unforgettable event. We were advised to visit the Bellevue Syrene Hotel in Sorrento for a drink, and we didn't hesitate. Passing through Sorrento for the day (an incredible city), we arrived around noon at this hotel. Open to the public, it offers breathtaking views of the coast, ideal for magnificent photos. Don't hesitate to enter the hotel to soak up the atmosphere worthy of an Italian film thanks to its charming decoration. We booked for the evening to enjoy the sunset while sipping a drink, and we did well. When we returned in the evening at the scheduled time, the place was full. We therefore enjoyed the calm of the terrace with a breathtaking view and impeccable service. Although drinks start at €10 (€9 for a coke, €10 for a squeezed orange juice), we were offered delicious little burgers as well as free appetizer cakes. The experience was superb. If you have a more comfortable budget, don't hesitate to dine at the hotel restaurant. A lady played the piano there, creating an even more pleasant atmosphere, although we did not taste the cuisine. I highly recommend a visit to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!
