Abbiamo mangiato una sera con mia moglie in questo locale . Ci siamo seduti ad uno dei tavoli all'esterno, lungo il corso Garibaldi ..uno spettacolo , perchè il "ventolino" della sera con il caldo di questi giorni era super piacevole . Le pizze che abbiamo mangiato erano ottime e super digeribili. Inoltre finalmente abbiamo trovato pizze differenti dal solito . Molto soddisfatti . Personale e prezzi nella media .

Informal location, tables on the roadside are preferable for ventilation, good croquettes and arancini, pasta omelette and Ascoli style olives also not. Good pizza, well garnished, professional and friendly staff. With The Fork discount at 50%, a good compromise.

Small location in the center of Gubbio with a wood-fired oven... The dough was very good while the toppings were a little less... the sauce was a little behind in cooking (pass me the term since it refers to pizza and not to a possible ragù 😅) while the truffle condiment was too dripping with oil.. the fried foods were good but one of the two omelettes that arrived was sticky inside as if it were well cooked only on the outside.. the parmigianina was super, but it arrived with toasted bread which was in my opinion it wasn't fresh so it was a bit dry and biscuity.

Giornata di luglio torrida; devi cenare e hai paura di patire ancora caldo,..ti trovi in questa pizzeria quasi per caso e trovi l’optimum: tavolo fuori con temperature veramente stupende, tranquillissimo anche se sei su una delle strade principali di Gubbio che intelligentemente è chiusa al traffico. Subito il personale si mette a disposizione con cortesia ed efficenza; menu ampio di ottime pizze con grande varietà; rapido servizio con ottime birre alla spina. In 4 75 euro mi sembra un ottimo prezzo per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto.

I took three Margherita pizzas, croquettes and arancini to take away. Amazing pizzas, crunchy edges, abundant tomato and balanced and tasty taste. Excellent fried foods enriched as tradition dictates with a pinch of pepper. The kind and helpful girl at the cash register and the professional and kind pizza chef and then seeing him churning out those pizza masterpieces is truly pleasant. Located on one of the most evocative squares in Gubbio.

In the center of Gubbio, really good pizza, recommended.
