Beh, semplice trattoria di una volta con personale folcloristico e cordiale.. Mangiato molto bene: fantastici i pici con salsiccia e cavolo nero come il pollo al mattone, decisamente una bella idea. Non abbiamo preso fiorentine ma i crostini e il lardo hanno fatto il suo come tutto il resto.. Prezzi nella norma e discreta pulizia. Bravi

Ate about 10 days ago. One star less because the meat on my daughter's hamburger wasn't fresh... the other because the waiter had an inappropriate attitude to say the least. It's always risky to act like a gascon when doing service... completely out of line place wanting to object to the fact that I had put cheese on the ribollita (among other things, primarily because the taste was not memorable...), with a reprimanding tone... nice yes... He was concerned about improving himself, considering he slammed the bottles on the table, it looked like he wanted to plant them there. I worked as a waiter in New York for 3 years, in none of the places I worked would I last more than a day with that attitude.

Amazing !!! Very good products, the whole menu is delicious. From the innovative salad full of freshness, the pasta with homemade sauces and the meat with perfect cooking and just exquisite tenderness.
In addition, waiters listen to customers who can guide you in all your choices.
Finally, the small park next door allows the restaurant to stay at the right temperature.

Trattoria in Piazza Tasso, vicinissima al centro di Firenze, dall'aspetto gradevolmente rustico e spartano ma dove si mangia di ottima qualità, sia primi che i secondi, il tutto bagnato da un buon vin rosso.
Consigliati i pici cacio e pepe, pollo al mattone e la tagliata di controfiletto piccante.
Personale gentile veloce e alla mano, che sa mettere a proprio agio il cliente.
