A restaurant much more authentic than in the heart of Florence! Delicious home cooking with the famous Florentine ribs cooked to perfection. And how can we not mention our charming Bianca, also known as Justine ;), whose kindness and good humor made this moment even more memorable. A wonderful encounter and an address we will not forget!

The place was recommended to us by our hostel. It did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the wine was tasty and the staff was very kind and helpful with everything. Definitely worth the visit, if you want to have a good time. Cant wait to be back again!

We came to Florence for a trip and on the advice of my niece we came to eat at this place where we were welcomed by a very kind owner and we ate a SPECTACULAR Florentine steak, an excellent experience to repeat.

A personal highlight of our trip to Italy. Very attentive, patient, and friendly service, who happily took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. 09/10/2025: The atmosphere is rustic, as the restaurant's name suggests, but very welcoming. The service was excellent, no complaints there. Even though the place was quite busy, we didn't wait; the dishes arrived promptly. I have to take one star off for the first course, the carbonara. It was made with pancetta (which was fine), but unfortunately it was burned and smothered all over the pasta. On the one hand, it was even better this way; we removed it because it was inedible and ruined everything. The rest of the food was excellent, the appetizers excellent. The pappardelle with mushrooms and truffles were excellent. The portions were generous.
07/10/2025: Always excellent food and very welcoming hosts! Always happy to return. Close to the Mugello Circuit. Perfect!

03/09/2025: I have only been in Florence for a week and of all meals I had this is the best place. I came back twice. Hands down the best Carbonara I ever had. Service is very friendly and caring. Highly recommend!
