We stumbled upon it by chance and found a lovely, clean, and pleasant place with attentive, fast service. All the dishes we tried were delicious (special mention for the spectacular Barolo risotto!), and the recommended wine pairings were truly spot-on! We'll definitely be back! 🔝🔝

Restaurant in the center of Barolo. Good Piedmontese cuisine and excellent ingredients. Worth mentioning are the homemade raisin bread and the excellent salted butter. The Fassona beef tartare is remarkable. Young and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming owner.

Excellent wines, delicious dishes, and overall an excellent restaurant. I tried the Fassona tartare, the plin (a kind of pasta dish), and the risotto, each dish better than the last. I also note the extreme kindness that, from what I've seen, distinguishes all the innkeepers and shopkeepers in Barolo. A wonderful village, definitely worth a visit!
