A place I won't return to. Quick service with a large but clearly inexperienced staff, no big deal. The appetizers were a good charcuterie board, and the vegetable flan was good. The first courses were a disaster: the agnolotti with roast beef sauce, discount-style ravioli drowned in what looked like stock cube broth, and the plin with "Bra sausage ragù," a tomato sauce with bits of (possibly) sausage thrown in. Second courses: acceptable Milanese with old, limp, and reheated baked potatoes, pork tenderloin covered in an unknown sauce, and tender but flavorless tenderloin.
We didn't dare order desserts, considering the rest.
Almost €100 for a dinner worthy of a decent company cafeteria; nothing horrible, but almost everything was anonymous and tasted pre-cooked, industrial, and reheated.

Everything was perfect!!!!!
If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
Polite, fast, and able to handle the lunch on August 14th, I imagine in at least three sittings without a hitch.
Excellent food: plin, veal with tuna sauce, tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, and bonet pasta, all worth trying.

Delicious traditional Piedmontese food: lots of polenta, but not only that!!
Friendly staff: we arrived without a reservation and the tables were all full. They calculated exactly how long we'd have to wait, and after exactly 30 minutes, they freed up the table and made it available. The coffee with chocolate is a real treat, always a real treat!!
Pictured are polenta with gorgonzola and pancetta, polenta with Fassona beef stew and Cavour sausage in tomato sauce, and local pasta with cream cheese (Cavatelli with Castelmagno and sausage). Desserts: pear and ricotta cake and bonet. All served with that touch of cream as a garnish that brings back childhood memories and is a delightful mini treat.
The atmosphere was a bit noisy due to the crowd, but we still managed to converse!

Ristorante pizzeria in pieno centro di Bardonecchia con menù molto variegato , ottimo cibo a prezzi equi . Personale cortese e efficiente. Per noi è una tappa d’obbligo ogni volta che andiamo a Bardonecchia .
