Unique address to eat an excellent tartuffo the owner is very nice but it remains a place that brews a lot in a very historic place so we have everything for a cocktail price, service, quality not necessarily there but it remains a unique place for quality of his desserts

On the wonderful evening on the 2nd of April, we came to the restaurant for dinner. lucky for us we got the kindest, happiest, sweet and most easygoing waiter ever; his name was Belli. He was so kind, helpful and funny to us which make the experience 100 times better than it already was because of the lovely food. I’m not sure what all the other reviews are saying about being hesitant, this food was absolutely amazing. Thank you to Belli and he deserves the world.

We expected overpriced prices, but unfortunately the breakfast wasn't good either. 20€ for a cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange juice (both okay) and a flabby croissant are really too much, even the view doesn't justify the price. If you improve the quality, you'll be happy to pay more in this atmosphere.

Just eh... so many better places to dine in Rome at more reasonable prices. Sure the view is great, but the service was underwhelming considering the price point the restaurant is at....not very attentive and just kind of random. No greeting was offered, just a waiter came up and said "you ready?" Disappointing. Overall the food was bland and grossly overpriced. We paid 8 euro for roasted potato side, and it came with maybe 15 paper-thin potato slices. Had to add a lot of salt and pepper to both our dishes. This place seems to be more style than substance. Considering the vast & impressive dining options in Rome, save your money and maybe just stop here for a drink to enjoy Piazza Navona and grab dinner somewhere else.

Historic place in Place Navonne to eat a Tartuffo. Finding the place is easy, the staff greets everyone, finds you a table and then... not much else except coming out with a very high bill for not much.

Had the tartufo which was decent - dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate chunks. WiFi is available. Do note that the bathroom has an attendant so bring some coins just in case

A charming and relaxed area in the magical Piazza Navona, this spot is a nice area to take in a nice meal, while also doing some people watching in the square. The staff was fun, and the food was good, and we had a wonderful experience. It is a nice slow spot to unwind after a full day of exploration.

Wir haben heuer nicht weit von der Piazza Navona in der Via del Governo Vecchio gewohnt. Anstatt uns in der Wohnung mit einer Kapselmaschine Kaffee zu machen, sind wir jedes Mal, wenn wir Kaffee trinken wollten, ins Tre Scalini gegangen und haben an der Theke cappuccini oder caffé getrunken, oft auch mit einem Brioche als Frühstück. Ein Glas Wasser bekamen wir ab dem zweiten Besuch jedes Mal automatisch dazu. Der Kaffee war jedesmal außerordentlich gut, der beste, den wir in Rom getrunken haben. Natürlich war auch das Service freundlich. Einige Male haben wir Eis gegessen, ebenfalls absolut empfehlenswert. Das erstaunlichste war aber, dass die Preise in diesem doch sehr prominenten Lokal absolut normal sind, wenn man an der Theke steht. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Rom fahren, werden wir den Kaffee sicher wieder im Tre Scalini trinken!
