I took a Florentine steak and my wife a beef sirloin, all very good, the meat blended very well, the wine recommended by the good Francesco was very good. The other waitress was also very good and quick with service.

Stuck on the motorway since 4.30pm, I decide to go out to "gain" time and then have dinner. I book with the well-known app (I refrain from saying what I think) and head to the "chosen" restaurant. Outside the door I am amazed to find the restaurant closed (luckily for me) and with the good, dear, old habit I ask a native where I can have dinner. Fortunately, I am directed to this place. Already at the reception the harmony is struck. Good and very polite guys, they make us feel like family. For dinner we had clear ideas and so we didn't delve into the menu, but I saw some first courses that if they were half as good as they looked, that was already enough. However we consumed a house appetizer with good cured meats as well as cheeses. The "focaccia" to accompany it all (perhaps without yeast) was particular but it was so good that I won't tell you. Followed by just 1 kg of "local" fat from a good person, but a good one that I won't tell you about. Two desserts made by them and 1 liter of house wine (from a nearby winery) which is a full 8 for the price/quality ratio. The nice thing was the chat while I waited for the bill. The freshly cooked chestnuts offered and the tasting of the new oil on the bruschetta were very welcome. The price is more than honest. I will definitely return more than once.

Trattoria pizzeria located in a not very central area, away from mass tourism. Municipal parking on the opposite side of the road. Rustic and warm atmosphere, very attentive and thoughtful service even though the place was full. We tried 3 first courses: pappardelle with wild boar, umbrichelli all'amatriciana and lasagna with truffle and mushrooms. What can I say, abundant first courses with a truly intense flavour, unmistakably homemade pasta; for the second course, a mixed grill and a beef steak, excellent cuts and good cooking, and 3 French fries (frozen classics). Excellent dessert, we opted for two tiramisu and a chocolate panna cotta (exquisite and well presented). With two bottles of water and a 250ml of house wine we spent €110, a fair price in relation to the quality of the dishes. Very friendly manager, like all the staff. Highly recommended.

Qué lugar tan encantador cerca de pueblos antiguos y hermosos. La comida era fantástica - yo tenía la arrabiata y mi marido tenía la pasta de trufa seguido de filete. Solo 1. 5 horas de Roma, que es una ventaja adicional, ya que estábamos en nuestro camino allí.
