On June 2nd I was passing by with my motorbike, given the late hour I stopped for lunch, the very nice owner welcomed me with cordiality. I ate very well, both the first and second courses were excellent, also the coffee was very good. Everyone was kind and helpful, if you pass by Villa Santa Maria I sincerely recommend it both for the quality of the food, the staff and the quiet environment. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Spectacular experience. First of all, the wonderful welcome from the owner, super kind and helpful. Very nice and relaxing location, river view. Impeccable service, fast and very satisfying.. then moving on to the dishes, nothing short of exquisite, first courses of the highest quality, fresh pasta and abundant portions. What can I say.. 5 stars are too few for this wonderful place! ❤️

We were passing through the Val di Sangro and we stopped by pure chance, also given the time (1pm) at this restaurant, what can I say, we ordered delicious pappardelle with ragù, superlative lamb ribs, an amazing house red wine, oh, I forgot, while waiting for the first course we had a mix of local cold cuts and cheeses, everything was excellent including the bill, I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

25/04/2025: While passing through Vasto we had dinner here, excellent surprise, kind and professional staff, excellent choice on the menu, delicious bruschetta not to mention the pizza!!! Overall, a nice choice.

27/05/2025: A very welcome surprise in the treasure chest of the ancient village of Lanciano. Menu with delicious typical dishes, impeccable service and courtesy, welcoming environment in line with the context of the location. Highly recommended.
22/05/2025: Today for lunch we had the pleasure of tasting traditional dishes in a warm and welcoming environment. The owner Maria Teresa prepares the dishes in full view and is truly kind. If we return to Lanciano we will definitely visit you. Ps: our lagotto Giotto has fallen in love with her.
