As on other occasions, I left home and traveled 100 km to go and have lunch at the stuzzicheria. Today too they welcomed me with excellent ficattole and cured meats, then continued with tagliatelle with mushrooms, to finish with a grilled meat of great quality, but I will remember such a good chicken for a long time. A restaurant in a unique location, just a few meters from the border between Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany. Here, we're in the Tuscan part of town. A few dishes, but very traditional. Don't miss the crostini with cannellini beans and Colonnata lard. The house wine is better than many more prestigious bottles. The owners and service are very friendly. The restaurant is very rustic and has a wonderful view of the Sillaro Valley below.
