Excellent pastry bar, impeccable service, the girls behind the counter of the rotisserie/pastry shop go out of their way to serve the numerous customers, they are attentive, fast and kind, in particular a very tall lady and a Neapolitan girl. Wide choice of food and desserts, excellent ice cream, when I leave home it's a regular stop.

Very kind, friendly, helpful, very friendly staff, excellent value for money when it comes to both savory and sweet food

What can I say... a coffee and a Genoese

Struttura alberghiera stupenda, con un dehore meraviglioso. Il bar, poi, è il loro fiore all'occhiello, da anni, assicura sempre, prodotti, servizi e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I loro cabaret dolci e salati davvero esaustivi, il loro punto bar impeccabile, e l angolo dei tabacchi, fornitissimo. Una vera macchina da guerra.

The ice cream and various types of pastries are great! But the payment and ordering system is really terrible. You choose something, remember it, go to the checkout, until after a long wait you get it. As a non-native speaker or as someone ordering from a large family, you have forgotten what the complicated name is. Why not just pay at the scene. Really terrible! You also have to order coffee, ice cream and pastries from different waitresses. But the ice cream makes everything good again. Recommended pistachios!

I ate an arancini with butter and a salmon one that were really delicious. I recommend going and enjoying the delicacies.

Come da titolo. Di passaggio vediamo questo ampio e storico locale e lo proviamo per uno snack veloce. Sale interne arredate in stile moderno/sobrio , molto ampie come dimensioni con un lungo banco per la gelaterie e rosticceria + grande zona banco caffetteria + 2 ampie sale per le consumazioni + zona esterna. Effettivamente , come già descritto da altri recensori , il personale alla cassa ed al banco rosticceria non sono molto cordiali ed hanno un atteggiamento ruvido ed algido. Invece il personale nella zona caffettiera è molto cordiale e simpatico. Offerta gelato/dolci/rosticceria e caffetteria molto valida e di buona qualità come materia prima. Gelato cremoso con gusti decisi. Rapporto qualità prezzo tra il molto buono e l’ottimo. Per quest’ultimo motivo assegno comunque un voto buono/nella media (tolgo un pallino per la pessima accoglienza e zero cortesia, quindi invece di 4 pallini assegno solo 3). Non ho visto cestini per la raccolta differenziata. Bagni e servizi igienici un poco distrutti e con diversi dettagli rotti. Comunque un locale che consiglio , forse il migliore in zona.
