Bar Rossi In Orbetello

The cocktails are really good, but what accompanies them leaves something to be desired.

It is a bar out of the ordinary where you can have aperitifs with cocktails that are amazing. I advise against taking a glass of Franciacorta because it is of low quality while the goodness of the cocktails makes me give it five stars. And then the service is five stars, they are really attentive to the customer.

Great bar for evening cocktails. Environment with music and very pleasant. Prices are low: 25 euros for three cocktails with some appetizers. Wide choice and digital menu. Too bad the staff isn't that knowledgeable, when I asked for a johnny walker he told me he didn't know what it was. Then by getting up and pointing to the bottle at the bar, the waiter understood.

One or more obligatory stops in Orbetello. Well done to them at preparing the cocktails and pleasant to watch the people walking by in the summer, sitting outside, as well as listening to great music indoors in the winter

Sitting outside after 10 minutes of waiting I go in to ask for a menu, in the meantime the person occupying the table next to us has gone in to order coffees given the useless wait. Another 15 minutes later I go in to ask if we can order, one of the two waitresses present behind the counter chatting when she comes to us tells us that they don't do table service. I observe that the boy did it the previous afternoon and we hear the answer that it was a pure coincidence, that we need to look at the menu and then go in to order. While we are eating, the person we think is the manager arrives and everything changes: girls going in and out between the tables, aperitifs served as usual, that is, like the previous day with appetizers and more, while ours was served with a miserable bowl of chips. I gave 3 points only because the place deserves it and it's the staff that makes the difference: apparently when the cat is missing the mice dance! And the two girls this morning danced a lot in chatter and very little in professionalism! Obviously after paying we pointed this out to the manager...and the waitress was even able to deny what she said to us.

Seduti fuori dopo 10 minuti di attesa entro a chiedere un menù, nel frattempo chi occupa il tavolo di fianco al nostro è entrato a ordinare dei caffè vista l'inutile attesa. Altri 15 minuti entro a chiedere se possiamo ordinare, una delle due cameriere presenti dietro al bancone a fare chiacchiere quando arriva da noi ci dice che non fanno servizio al tavolo. Osservo che il pomeriggio precedente il ragazzo lo ha fatto e ci sentiamo rispondere che è stato un puro caso, che bisogna guardare il menù e poi entrare a ordinare. Mentre consumiamo arriva quello che pensiamo essere il gestore e tutto cambia: ragazze che fanno dentro e fuori fra i tavoli, aperitivi serviti come di dovere ossia come il giorno precedente con stuzzichini e altro mentre il nostro è stato servito con una misera ciotolina di patatine. Ho dato 3 punti solo perché il posto merita e è il personale che fa la differenza: a quanto pare quando il gatto manca i topi ballano! E le due ragazze di stamani ballavano parecchio in chiacchiere e pochissimo in professionalita! Ovviamente dopo avere pagato abbiamo fatto notare la cosa al gestore ...e la cameriera è stata persino capace di negare ciò che ha detto a noi.
