Nice and welcoming place, friendly and kind staff... Without a reservation they went out of their way to find us a table... 👍🏻
The only flaw in my opinion is the lack of transparency in the menu (if the courgettes in the fregola are raw it must be specified)

Having spent my vacation in Sardinia, I visited the largest cities of this island: Cagliari, Olbia, San Teodoro, Alghero, and Bosa. As a French 🇫🇷, coming from a country renowned for its gastronomy, I can assure you that this is the best restaurant 🍽️ that I visited during my vacation.

All that glitters is not gold, I only found the pizzas good, the fried food was frozen, the tartare was not good... with a little effort they can do much better..

Ambiente bellissimo. Un menù abbondante. Penso che il loro forte sia la pizza…non abbiamo avuto tanto fortuna con la paranza ( pesce crudo) calamari gommosi. Il filetto lo volevamo medio e arrivato crudo. Ma è questioni di gusti. Peccato che il cameriere non abbia reagito alle mie gentili reclamazioni.

Lunch on the well-ventilated and cool veranda with a view of the surrounding hills. Friendly staff. Very good starter, grilled sea bream and fried fish. Prices a little high on the final bill, but in line with the area. Recommended for a medium budget.

I was a guest of the Via Mare restaurant on August 14, 2024.
It is located in front of a large dirt road where you can park for free.
Venue with two rooms: internal and external. The first clear, certainly given the beautiful season; the second very spacious, bright, clean, modern.
The dishes came out 10 minutes after ordering, hot and delicious.
Before the dishes arrived we were served with a vast choice of bread (with sesame, charcoal, turmeric, durum wheat).
I wanted to mention and thank the waitress Chiara for her sweetness, kindness, attention to the room, availability and complicity in giving a little surprise to my boyfriend!

Cibo ottimo, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Pizza buonissima ma anche i primi e i secondi, buonissimo anche il gelato e il caffè. Personale attento e cordiale. Davvero consigliato!
