I must say that if the ratings stop at 5 stars it is fair to say that this NOTARI restaurant in Trinità deserves at least 3/4 stars more for... QUALITY..service..kindness and friendliness..knowing that on the Friday before Easter they would hardly have had many reservations (all full for the following days) they still accepted ours of only 4 people..and they spared no effort to satisfy our requests..this is high professionalism..it is not for nothing that they are known and appreciated by many..and it is not to be taken for granted....Well done again and thank you..

Un posto che è una garanzia di semplicità e cibo buono. Entree' con salame erbazzone e "ciccioli", primi e secondi tutti variamente buoni. Prezzi ancora onesti. Porzioni generose. È l'unico locale di Trinità ma è un punto di riferimento.

Notari bar restaurant, historic restaurant located just before Trinità, typical traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine, well executed. good tortelli, green, with hazelnuts, pinched with mushrooms, also the rabbit. The guinea fowl is excellent. The trifle not to be missed! Friendly staff, kind, good Francesca. Correct prices Summer outdoor space. Adjacent parking.

Splendida sorpresa: locale simpatico e con decorazioni originali. Una immensa vetrata si spalanca sul panorama collinare dell’Appennino. Personale gentilissimo, sorridente e spiritoso… e adesso arriva il bello: cucina casalinga tipica emiliana, buonissima, più che buonissima. E a un prezzo contenuto. Locale trovato per caso, ma ci torneremo… sin dalla provincia di Lecco!

23/05/2025: Wonderful place. You can eat there in the evening and the food is excellent, local products, lots of flavors. A very nice discovery for the red wine tasted during the meal. Very good breakfast. The hotel is superb, the room very clean and spacious. Thank you to Max for his welcome, his kindness and his advice for visiting the region. We recommend this place. 19/05/2025: Located a few minutes from the "terre di Canossa" motorway exit, surrounded by greenery with a well-kept lawn, hedges and flowering bushes. It has very spacious and in my opinion very beautiful rooms, the building is very well renovated maintaining its character and its history. As for the cuisine, it is a very good and well-kept typical cuisine, with professional but very friendly staff, ideal for feeling at ease. I have celebrated several weddings and I must say that it is a perfect location for ceremonies, it has a lot of space inside and especially outside where adults can relax and children and teenagers can play. It is a place that I strongly recommend both as accommodation and for a ceremony.

23/05/2025: Well done, they welcomed us, looked after us and pampered us sensorially, the five risottos we shared, an Italian, a South African and an Indonesian deserve six stars unfortunately we can only give five, considering that we come from three different continents receiving such positive reviews is no small feat Thanks to Gabriele for the suggestions, his empathy is professionalism. Goodbye and thanks again Vincenzo & co.
