At Trattoria Notari, there's no need for grand words: just sit down, let the aromas wafting from the kitchen welcome you, and you'll immediately understand that here, food is meant to nourish, not to dazzle with special effects.
I didn't photograph the full plates—as everyone does—but the empty ones. Because an empty plate speaks volumes better than a full one: it means it was good, that it was satisfying until the last bite, that it left only the desire to return.
Notari's cuisine is like this: simple, sincere, respectful of tradition. Here, we don't pursue fashion, but rather lasting flavor. And that satisfied silence, an empty plate at the end of the meal, is the most authentic review one could write.

The cuisine is meticulously prepared, with excellent first courses. The meat-based second courses are also meticulously prepared. The desserts are also excellent. A family-style welcome awaits. Selected, high-quality ingredients are used. A wide selection of excellent wines is available, and the prices are fair.

We went for lunch as a couple. We hadn't booked, and they only made us wait a few minutes before we were seated. We found the service to be friendly, high-quality, and professional. I've already recommended this place, and I'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.
