The food was very good, especially the homemade pasta dishes. We really wanted to try the stufato, and we arrived when the kitchen was open... unfortunately, it wasn't available. That's why we had come.

A small restaurant on the town's main road. Every time we're in the area, we stop in, confident of finding simple, authentic, and high-quality food. The menu features just a few dishes, but goodness and quality are always guaranteed. The first courses are traditional Ogliastra dishes, and the meats are strictly local. Not to be missed.

Absolutely a hidden gem! From the outside, you wouldn't guess what awaits you inside... the finest homemade pasta 🫶🏽 absolutely delicious 😋 and at an unbeatable price. There were four of us, and we shared different pasta dishes; it was fantastic.

This bar and restaurant located on the town's main street offers a simple yet authentic menu featuring a few traditional dishes, including the excellent culurgiones, some of the best I've ever tasted in the area. Excellent appetizers, including the prosciutto, and other meats, including sheep, goat, and wild boar, are also worth mentioning. A very positive and pleasant experience, especially in terms of the kind and helpful service, as was our case. We fulfilled our desire to try the local seadas, which, for those unfamiliar with Urzulei—a unique occurrence on the island—is called casadinas, a term that actually stands for pardula or generically formagella.

A truly local atmosphere, excellent value for money.
Typical Sardinian dishes on the menu.
Arrived almost at closing time and outside of the tourist season, but still received a warm welcome.

We were passing through, and the choice to stop here for lunch couldn't have been better 😍!
The quality of the food on our plates, served by Sabrina, was top-notch... everything strictly local... "10 out of 10"!
I really appreciated her willingness to chat with us about her restaurant and recommend other places to eat and drink well 🔝🙏🤩!
The owner, Daniele, a young and talented chef with an easy smile, delighted us with culurgiones made exclusively by him... to call them "giant" is an understatement... a great chef... keep up the good work 🔝💪🏻😍!
