We went for lunch. For starters, we had pumpkin flan with mushrooms and Bettelmatt fondue and fondue puff pastries with prosciutto from the Vigezzo Valley. For our first course, we had polenta gnocchi with Formazza Blue cheese. Everything was delicious. They also offer a daily menu. Prices are good. The restaurant is well-decorated and clean. It's located near the Premia spa.

We had lunch with the daily set menu (€14, first course, second course, side dish). Although the food was good and the staff were very friendly, we were disappointed because the choice was only between two first courses and two second courses. Honestly, it would have been nice to at least include water or a cover charge in the set menu price.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is excellent, and the local dishes are a must-try (the mixed goat cheeses and the tagliolini with venison ragù are a definite plus). Plus, you can enjoy a stunning view... what more could you ask for? I recommend booking a table in advance to avoid waiting.

It's been a couple of years since I've been back to this magnificent place, discovered by chance after a morning at the spa. Everything was perfect, from the service (the girls who welcome and serve you are extremely kind) to the food, from appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious!!! The local wines and wine list are also excellent! Reservations are recommended on weekends; I reiterate my compliments in person, and I hope to return soon!!!

11/03/2026: A lovely restaurant near Buonconsiglio Castle. Neat, clean, and welcoming. Friendly staff. Service didn't take long. The dish we enjoyed was venison morsels with Storo polenta. Excellent. Tender, flavorful, and delicate. We were in the dining room below, enjoying lunch in a relaxing atmosphere.

21/02/2026: I don't know what to say... the restaurant is in the small square of Staffa and is elegant yet rustic, reflecting its location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the dishes are a journey of flavors, everything homemade, absolutely everything, and the prices reflect the quality of the dishes. Meat, fish, vegetables, pasta... everything perfect. Highly recommended in every way.
