A very friendly and pleasant hotel. Ideal for families with children. The room with half-board offers excellent value for money. The only thing we missed in the room was a kettle, as we like to prepare hot drinks for our winter mountain hikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Front desk has Italian 3 plug adapters for older electric outlets in some parts of the rooms. Bathroom electric outlet allows Euro two prong plug & newer Italian three plug.

We stayed at this hotel with our family on a half-board basis. Located in the center, very close to the slopes and Nevelandia, it offers a very welcoming, warm, and clean atmosphere. Breakfast is plentiful, and the food is truly excellent, with a vegetable buffet that changes every evening, plus a choice of first course, second course, and dessert. We'll be back.

Enchanting place... warm and welcoming... Perfect room with every comfort... Abundant and varied breakfast buffet... A la carte dinner with a varied and inviting menu Vegetable buffet The chef is excellent...excellent and plentiful dinners, always satisfying Don't miss the strudel, it's a spectacle!!!! The owner is very kind, professional, and friendly Everything perfect I'd love to come back!!!

A typical mountain hotel with a few years of aging, but very clean and tidy, with friendly and super helpful staff. The room was a bit small for a triple. Excellent central location.

I can only give 5 stars for everything. The staff were friendly, smiling, and always attentive to every request. The room cleanliness was TOP. I will miss the excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The food was divine. Booked for a family of 4 with full board: EXCELLENT value for money! Perfect location. What can I say: a perfect vacation, and I'm already thinking about booking for next year ❤️

02/11/2025: Stayed here for just one night but I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Great hotel with beautiful views. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful, they even helped us find a good nearby hiking trail! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

THIS PLACE IS IT! 🫶🏻 this little hotel in the mountains became a highlight of our trip, from the beautiful mountain views to the amazing breakfast plus the very friendly and helpful staff! Can’t recommend it enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ big thanks to Valentina and the other front desk girl (sorry I didn’t ask your name) for the local food tips and overall service, top notch!!! Can’t wait to be back 🤗

03/06/2026: A well-stocked shop adjacent to the Pedavena factory with a wide selection of local products, from artisanal to gourmet. Pedavena's beer selection is clearly top-notch. Bovis is interesting, especially because I discovered it today.
