La Bottega Dolomitica In Pedavena

02/08/2026: The ambience was nice with all the Olympic torches, it begs the question how do you get so many and from where, but I just learned thanks to this restaurant that 1000s of torches are made per Olympic year. The food was good, maybe a bit short for the price. Would I recommend this place to a friend? No, but it is OK if you are in need of some food. The service seemed rushed.

30/07/2026: I recently had lunch at this restaurant with a colleague. We ordered a first course (linguine with pesto and arugula), a second course (eggs from Ampezzo), and a water. My colleague said the eggs were very good, the pasta was decent but nothing exceptional; something was missing. The restaurant is on the street, yet still close to the city center. The interior is very welcoming and unique. Numerous original Olympic torches from the past can be seen. Friendly staff, fast service, and clean spaces. Our lunch (including a €3 cover charge each) cost €46.50.
