It's a shame that it's changed so much since a few years ago. We returned with high expectations but were disappointed by the high prices and small portions.
Update after the staff's response:
I'm sorry, but the quality of the dishes didn't reflect the quality of the ingredients, at least not as much as a couple of years ago. It's a shame that the spirit of traditional cuisine we found in this beautiful restaurant has been lost. The change of management, unfortunately, was a serious blow.
I'd also add that accepting criticism is a sign of maturity and politeness, qualities that unfortunately aren't evident in the response.
In any case, I wish you all the best in your endeavors.

Excellent polenta with stew and pan-fried local cheese. Excellent wine and Prosecco sorbet. Very warm and welcoming place.

The pasta with mushrooms was super delicious! The restaurant feels very authentic and local. The service is slow, but it is worth the wait.

I can only express my opinion here and not give a rating!
But my opinion in one word: WOW!!!!
We came here on a motorcycle tour for a quick lunch...and the day was saved. This small restaurant is an insider tip par excellence - a WOW.
From the outside, it appears rather inconspicuous after several bends up out of town...and then you enter a bar with a few seats...everything is decorated in a very modern-rustic style, not kitschy, everything is beautiful with very friendly service and, above all, excellent food - my enthusiasm is still immense; the gnocci with Gorgonzola and bacon alone ignited a culinary firework - exceptional and always worth a recommendation.
If you're in the area and miss this, you're truly missing out on something extraordinary.
The price is completely reasonable and, for this quality, it's even good value.
I would have liked to try the venison goulash, but it was just too much for me, lest I fall asleep on the handlebars while digesting it...but my tip: go there, it's worth the longer journey!

I love the pasta & funghi of them! The mushrooms was so tender and it melts in my mouth. The polenta was also delicious! To be honest amazing decorations they have! But it was a bit squeeze inside it especially when its get crowded. And the panna cotta was underwhelming. Would say a fair price, though the portion was small.

Prices are a bit high for the quantity. The set menu is a scam because they bring portions for everyone and you can't quantify them. Grappa at the end of the table is appreciated.

Typical mountain restaurant. Young waiters and exceptional cuisine. Excellent ingredients expertly prepared. The criticisms about the prices and decor are pointless. It's a mountain restaurant that cooks well, using excellent local products. Have the prices gone up? ...even at the supermarket.

Comment expliquer ? Un petit restaurant perché en haut de la colline, dans un petit hameau très accueillant.
Une patronne souriante qui vous sert à table comme à la maison.
Et il y a du cerf du chevreuil, de la polaire et plein d’autres spécialités locales. Vous l’avez compris n’hésitez pas.
