A great discovery: We celebrated a special occasion in this magnificent restaurant. Beautiful location in a beautiful panoramic setting with a breathtaking view of the hills. The service was impeccable, Mr. Federico was kind and attentive. A family restaurant where you can breathe a special atmosphere. Dishes with attention to detail and well presented. All dishes welcome: Without words for the first ones: Tortellini in broth, baked green tortelloni rosettes stuffed with ricotta with sublime walnut sauce The second courses are succulent: Sliced ​​and baked rabbit with fried mushrooms baked potatoes without words... Hai presente quando cerchi un posto dove mangiare qualcosa e non hai nessuna aspettativa? Beh, noi eravamo messi così. Parcheggio pieno di furgoni e macchine aziendali, sala e terrazzo (con vista sulla vallata) disseminata di tavoli ai quali troviamo seduti quasi tutti uomini, giovani cameriere sveglie e un demone tentatore che viene al nostro tavolo a prendere l’ordine. Finiamo col mangiare dal primo al dolce bevendo fresco vino bianco in caraffa. Non arriviamo a spendere 50€ in due avendo ordinato alla carta. Ci siamo leccati i baffi e siamo usciti col proposito di ritornare presto malgrado noi si venga da Bologna. Quando si lavora con la testa sulle spalle si vede!

Prima volta in questo locale....gua sentito parlare molto bene anxhe noi eravamo curiosi di provare...ottimi i primi tortellini in brodo e cavatelli spexk panna e zucchine ottimi grigliata di carne con gnocco e tigelle con squisiti salumi xon formaggi top e sottaceti ...voto 1000 e lode provare per credere ....70 euro li vale tutti porzioni abbondanti... con contenitore richiesto da portare a casa ...complimenti a tutto lo staff

23/12/2024: Culinary experience in the Land of Motors, signed by Massimo Bottura I recently went to the Cavallino Restaurant with friends for dinner. Right from the start, upon entering the entrance, you perceive a refined but at the same time welcoming atmosphere, full of details that celebrate, in a revisited key, the charm of Maranello, in its indissoluble bond with the world of Ferrari. The menu is varied and creative: the dishes are a combination of tradition and innovation, with ingredients and flavors balanced to perfection. The desserts look spectacular, especially the revisited trifle. The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive and prepared to present each dish served. The quality-price ratio is excellent for the quality of the experience offered. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to the entire Cavallino team and chef Bottura for having created such a beautiful place.
