I had a great time. I had the gnocchi with a saffron sauce and the Chiusdino sausage. It was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. I don't understand what people are complaining about. And the prices were fair. I'll be back for an aperitivo. 😉

Cleanliness, hospitality, and quality = professionalism A key ingredient for success. Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager. What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity. The baristas' attire needs attention. The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion. I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed. I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.
