The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity. The baristas' attire needs attention. The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion. I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed. I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

We stopped for lunch. The food was very good, even the cold cuts and the bakery..the only flaw was the service was not the best, since the lady at the counter seemed to be there as if to do us a favor. A little more friendliness would have completed the experience in itself good.
