25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has further improved.
Thanks also to the addition of Andrea Serale, a talented and promising Italian chef, to the staff, new flavors and aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity.
The wine list, curated by Carla, is significantly more extensive, not so much in terms of labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate—and every budget.
The service is excellent, as always, and handled with passion.
The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent, so I highly recommend Amae.

Due to work reasons, I won't be able to dine at amae this week, and they'll be closing on Saturday.
What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will be closing, and it's a real shame.
You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it.
Glad I was able to go again this evening.
