I needed a cake to celebrate my mother's birthday in RSA. Everything was perfect, as I had asked for, very soft and delicious cake, excellent pastries as always. Dry and not very attentive staff, coffee blend of rather poor quality in my opinion (judgment limited only to the environment and the coffee). Not advisable for a coffee break despite being in a very central location.

20/10/2024: I came in alone on a saturday night, staying just across the street. Within seconds the friendly staff recommended me some beers, which were all great. Jack and his friends promptly invited me to have dinner with them; the food was amazing. Very cool vibe, a bit different from a standard Italian restaurant but all for the better. Highly recommend for the beer, the vibe and the food. Just go in and enjoy.
05/10/2024: Cozy and very original place, traditional dishes revisited. The beer is excellent.
