Warm welcome and courtesy, very good dishes, typically Gaeta, but everything was delicious. Perhaps a few small clarifications, but these are subjective tastes and, above all, what you want. Well done.

We stopped in for a simple aperitif (made well). The atmosphere was welcoming and the owners were friendly... in short, a bit like friends. There's no terrace, but a separate garden. They also have a kitchen with a daily menu... lots of comings and goings, and home deliveries are available in the area.

I chose this location for my bachelor's degree party, and I must say it was a wonderful evening. The delicious (and plentiful) food, the beautiful and warm atmosphere, and above all, the service were appreciated by everyone: the staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to accommodate every need. The new management of Nuova Caffè welcomed me and my guests with both spontaneity and professionalism. I highly recommend it to anyone for a special day!

Mediocre place, 10 cents surcharge on coffee for table service (?) - not mentioned as a rate -, unpleasant food smell on our clothes and we were also quickly invited, after having a coffee, to leave while the tables were being set up for lunch…

11/04/2026: The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The owners are unusual people but you always come back willingly.
25/03/2026: During the week, the atmosphere is laid-back and simple, like a home-style trattoria for workers. Mrs. Simona may seem gruff at first, but she quickly becomes friendly and accompanies you through lunch, telling you all about it. On Sundays, the menu changes; the food is more sophisticated, but don't expect a Michelin-starred menu; it's still good home cooking. Prices are, of course, higher, and reservations are recommended. There's a small parking lot outside the trattoria for a few cars. I give it 4 stars because I always go for lunch on a business lunch deal and haven't tried it on Sundays yet, but I've always had a good experience.

19/04/2026: The tagliata was overcooked and the carbonara was not good at all; it tasted only of pecorino cheese, too much cream, and the guanciale was too crunchy and burned. The fried gnocco with cured meats was good but a bit long. Nice atmosphere with parking.
