Despite the goodness and genuineness of the sandwiches, traditional atmosphere and clean environment, the acceptably slow service the price is not justifiable. The quality-price ratio is dishonest.

During the pregnancy, we went often and they always found suitable and never banal alternatives...but how much I would have eaten my husband's sandwich with seasoned carpaccio, rocket, parmesan flakes and a sauce that looked delicious... Today I finally ate it 😍 and it was really super... like all the sandwiches I've tasted! I called first and the owner was very kind!

Villa Sant'Espedito

23/06/2025: We were at Villa Sant’Espedito for a wedding, the location is very beautiful, large well-kept green spaces. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and quality. Ideal for events but also for other occasions.
18/06/2025: Private party for my birthday. There were 23 of us, adults and children, and we had a blast! The aperitif was plentiful, the cake was delicious, and we even did karaoke!
