In the heart of Parma's most authentic neighborhood, Oltretorrente, a place that exudes the flavor of Parma as it once was, genuine and authentic like its people. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cuisine is home-cooked, traditional, and excellent...obviously best enjoyed with exquisite local wines...the torta fritta and cured meats are also excellent. There are numerous events, including cultural ones, from art exhibitions to poetry evenings and, for those who want to let off steam, musical evenings. Suitable for all ages. Not to be missed...go there 👍

Sabbia e Sale feeling beach

29/12/2025: Beautiful place with lots of restaurants nearby, delicious food. Sandy beach, shallow water, good place for small children.
14/12/2025: My husband and I got married last September 20th at the Lido Sabbia e Sale, and we couldn't have made a better choice! Andrea, Martina, Giacomo, and everyone else are a huge, wonderful family and made us feel part of them right from the start. They looked after us with care and attention from the start and accommodated our every wish in the best possible way, leaving us completely satisfied! Paola, the chef, was amazing; she prepared a sensational menu for us! Besides being excellent professionals, they are also wonderful people, and for this reason we can wholeheartedly recommend them!

21/02/2026: He was a really friendly and kind person. He didn't ask for a tip or anything, and just provided various kinds of services. The food was also delicious.
27/11/2025: We had an outstanding dinner at Trattoria Alla Fontana. The food was delicious, authentically Venetian, and priced very fairly for the quality. What really made the experience special, though, was the incredible service from Zen. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in a way that immediately made us feel at home. The atmosphere here is relaxed and local, tucked away from the busy tourist areas, and the dishes were fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell this place takes real pride in both the food and the experience they give their guests. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Venetian cooking and sincere hospitality. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.
