Was walking around/searching for a place to get a cappuccino in the morning - this was the perfect spot. Highly recommend to anyone staying by the Vatican!

We stumbled upon this place by chance on our first day in Rome and returned every morning for breakfast. Excellent coffee, delicious pastries, and reasonable prices. The owners are truly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nice local cafe! The prices are super reasonable and the cornetto are fresh and tasty. Also, they have a selection of homemade sweets that are delicious, I recommend the cookie with wine and sugar on top.

I loved visiting L'incontro! It's so close to St. Peter's Square. The cappuccino was wonderful! The pistachio cornetto was delicious! And the service was top-notch! Super attentive and friendly! When we return to Rome, we will definitely stop by here! ☺️

La Piccola Trattoria DA ME

02/06/2026: Small, family-run restaurant in the heart of Garbatella. A real surprise, with well-executed dishes at a more than fair price. Two first courses (matriciana), two second courses (tripe and a lemon veal cutlet), a side dish (sautéed chicory), a tiramisu, water, and wine—all for €50, you decide. I definitely recommend it.
