Great bar but the food is poor I won't eat there anymore.. only coffee

Fast service, friendly welcome, very good food

Prices are different from those shown on the online menu; they're actually higher! Efficient but confusing service. The atmosphere is cramped and stuffy. The appetizer and main course were good, but the steak was so undercooked!

Typical Tuscan cuisine as good as homemade. Huge portions.

Excellent, very good homemade food, with a wide variety of pasta and meat dishes to choose from. The service is very friendly. There's only one drawback: the tiramisu isn't worthy of the name because it's made with custard instead of mascarpone. Nobody's perfect.

You eat here. And you have several options: a sandwich, ordered at the counter, or served at your table, a quick first course, a full meal, a platter as a single course... I've stopped here many times, like everyone else who works around here, or happens to pass by for work. My job is high-quality food, and precisely for this reason I know it's much easier these days to eat well, and above all to be served beyond good, in places like this than in much more pretentious establishments. The dishes are traditional Tuscan, with all-Italian twists; the selection is always extensive, the portions more than generous. And the prices are low, like those of a working-class restaurant (à la carte). We're at the exit of the Autopalio motorway, at the foot of Monteriggioni, in front of the town hall. If you want more upscale places, go up into town. But that doesn't mean you'll eat better, or be treated better. You'll just spend more.

For me, it's the best place, even gluten-free, for aperitifs and dinner in San Piero in Bagno; a variety of beers, pizza (including gluten-free), excellent, well-filled sandwiches, and more. Recommended.
