The flatbreads stuffed in every way are excellent, as are the rest of the sweet products, including large rooms where you can eat indoors and outdoors
Most importantly, the price... absolutely right
Highly recommended, also because some trekking paths begin a few meters away, so you can digest with all the calm in the world

Mandatory stop, especially when you go on trekking excursions. If I think of the Consuma passage......there is this place in mind.
The staff is super friendly.....and then....the hot flatbreads and pizzas very early in the morning.....with raw ham, pecorino, porcini mushrooms, sausage, cooked ham, fontina, potatoes......and what should I tell you????????.......yes,......got of wine, like this, because a good morning is better🤣🤣🤣.......
Spectacular place. Of course it also does catering, but I still miss this.....so we will have to provide it.

La Consuma is a hamlet of 150 inhabitants between Florence and Arezzo. I have been going there since I was a child and this is a very well-stocked village bar, both with food (milk, drinks, pasta, etc.), baked goods, delicatessen and tobacconist. Simple and welcoming place. This summer I got a stuffed flatbread and some pieces of cake. All very good. Speaking specifically about the dunk, it's the bomb. I don't remember the precise price but it was like 5 euros, 2-3 euros less than the average price of a stuffed flatbread in the center of Florence. The Schiacciata was with porcini mushrooms, burrata and truffle: you could feel the quality and Italian nature of the products. Cheap, excellent and substantial. My compliments for both the Schiacciata and the desserts. It's really understandable that it's full at lunchtime, it's worth waiting those few minutes in the queue, also because there are a lot of staff and always at work during peak hours.

On Consuma there is this excellent bar-restaurant where you can taste typical products of the area. Everything excellent. The availability and kindness of the staff make everything truly excellent.

Schiacciata with porcini mushrooms is definitely good, as is the strudel. Great coffee and friendly staff. It's a shame because they had to make the coffee again as the first time it was served in a decidedly dirty cup. Small precautions that must be absolutely avoided.

Excellent flatbreads, superlative if hot... also the food counter with excellent local cured meats and cheeses. The service suffers a bit from the fact that it is always quite crowded. Very spartan environment especially for those eating in the veranda room.
