The Schiacciata is really good, there are many varieties of fillings for all tastes and it has an excellent quality-price ratio, all of which makes this place an obligatory stop for anyone passing through Consuma.... I would add that the burrata porcini mushroom pizza and truffle is exceptional

The beauty of this place is the possibility of eating at the table.

Recommended by friends, we escaped from the heat of Valdarno to get some fresh air up here. We took a mortadella and mushroom squash, and another sausage and stracchino. Both excellent, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. A piece of a very soft tart with pistachio cream (truly remarkable!), I worked a lot in pastry making, but I didn't understand everything that was inside. Really good! To drink a coke. All for €12.65...very honest.
The service is basic, once you have paid they bring the tray to your table, and you take napkins, glasses, etc. yourself.
The place is nice... it's still a bar/gastronomy... shame about the incessant passing of cars and motorbikes, which take away the tranquility.
Perfect hit and run.
Definitely coming back.

Focaccia much advertised on social media. The counter was very assorted and full. The clerk was very kind but the quality of the focaccia seemed the same as others we had eaten many times

Transitando dalla Consuma, ci siamo fermati al bar Consumi per assaggiare la famosa schiacciata locale. Chi non l'ha mai mangiata non credo possa immaginare cosa sia e quanto sia unica. Servita calda con i funghi dentro, friabile, croccante al punto giusto sulla parte esterna, non troppo sapida, funghi dentro buoni e delicati. Non serve nemmeno bere, cosa invece necessaria quando si mangiano focacce, perché si scioglie in bocca con la salivazione. Un'esperienza assolutamente imperdibile!
