I discovered them during a motorcycle stop, and now it's a must-try every time I'm in the area. They're phenomenal schiacciate and pastries, in any size you like, and you can even make them on the spot! Among the best in Tuscany, in my opinion. The service is fast and friendly, but there's usually a bit of a line. Those focaccias are definitely worth the wait!

A guarantee!!! For decades, they've been churning out tons of schiacciate, always excellent! Excellent organization, even in critical moments with so many customers! Always top notch! Friendly and helpful staff!

First time here, crowded, but the line moves very quickly. The schiacciatas are truly mouth-watering, all the flavors exceptional, all accompanied by exquisite desserts and the staff are truly very kind and helpful. Very affordable prices. I recommend 💪🔝

We stopped on a Saturday, with the crossing closed... a veritable frenzy of people... but they handled everything quickly and efficiently. There were three well-trained staff at the schiacciate counters, and the numbers went by pretty quickly. Porcini mushroom schiacciata was lovely and piping hot. I hope to see you all as prepared as you are even during less crowded periods. Well done, well done!

This very famous schiacciateria is located in Consuma, on the border between the provinces of Florence and Arezzo, near the towns of Vallombrosa and Stia. Always very popular, so you'll need to take a number and be patient, but the wait is worth it, and the service is quite quick and efficient despite the crowds. Try the schiacciate alla sbriciolona and the Parma ham, both fabulous; I also tried the pastries, a portion of apricot tart and an apple strudel tart, which I'd call "standard." A great idea for an alternative weekend.

15/10/2025: We spent five nights there in September 2025. We were very bothered by the fact that the mattresses were completely worn out – unfortunately, this was quite uncomfortable and unpalatable, and the main reason why we wouldn't stay there again. However, we also found it somewhat disappointing that the owners – as well as the chef – were rather reserved. The ambience in the restaurant and breakfast room was very nice, and we had a delicious meal and enjoyed excellent wine. The food was truly magnificent. The breakfast was also wonderful. The service in the breakfast room was extremely friendly and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the hotel for dining!

13/11/2025: Fantastic coffee experience. The baristas are experienced and seasoned in the art of coffee. From an American perspective, I am in love with the coffee production here. The service is friendly. The pastries are delicious.
09/11/2025: This place is one my go to's. It has such cute ambiance inside and comfortable, covered outside seating. It's great for breakfast, lunch and quick after work apero (they close at 8:30p) The breakfast and aperitivo are my faves. You just feel so chic with your spritz whether inside among the warm, dim lights or outside with a view of Piazza Libertà. It's a really cute for both dates or friend time. I'll have to take some pics next time.
