Bar Cimone In Zocca

Bar Cimone in Zocca has changed its appearance, but its authentic soul and tradition remain intact (thankfully!). It's now my regular ritual: at least a couple of times a month, between customer visits, stopping here is a moral obligation. The crescentine and stuffed gnocco are superb 🤤, all served in a fantastic setting that instantly makes you feel like family. It's the perfect sweet break to reconnect with the world and break up the day: whether you're traveling for work, sweating on the pedals, or enjoying the curves of the Apennines on your motorbike. In short, one of those stops where you just want to press rewind and start eating all over again!

I used to like this place. Now I don't appreciate the limited quantity and quality of the ham.

A typical village bar (or rather, a mountain village bar), the atmosphere is authentic and lively. I ate the best gnocco of my life. Unfortunately, I wasn't hungry enough to eat the tigelle, but I'm sure they're delicious. I also appreciate the option to pay by debit card (something other bars in the area don't allow). Highly recommended.
