Bar Borsa In Chivasso

Excellent place, very attentive to detail and welcoming. In the summer, it offers a lovely, quiet terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a break. My only suggestion: make the aperitivo appetizers a little more varied, to round out an already very pleasant experience.

This café in the center of Chivasso is ideal for a hearty aperitivo in a beautiful and welcoming location. I highly recommend it ☺️

Very nice location, both the terrace (like all outdoor dining venues, there are pigeons foraging) and the interior. The staff were very friendly. I wasn't satisfied with the aperitif food. The small pizza slices and pretzels were cold (they were from the bakery, okay, but in the morning? Who knows!) Had they been warm, they would have had a different effect on the eye and palate. The baguette crostini (paired with a small bowl of seasoned raw tomato sauce) were overcooked, making them difficult to eat. However, I noticed that at other tables these crostini were left over when customers left. I expected more attention, given that it's a renowned establishment.

Perhaps the fact that it was August played a part. The place was packed. We waited a really long time for the aperitif, which was good, but the food... well, I was honestly expecting something different. But overall, considering it's August, there's definitely a shortage of staff. Overall, it's a good experience.

Excellent varied and abundant aperitif consisting of, margherita pizzas, turkey and cheese focaccia, olive bread with turkey breast, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, spicy olives, chips and prosecco at a cost of €11 for two. Truly recommended
