I only stopped for a coffee. The price of coffee like this can now only be found at McDonald's, served at the table for €1.10 in the center of Montalcino with a dizzying panoramic view! We will be back 100%

It's the only bar in Montalcino that opens at 6, I was out there at 5.45 and it was raining, I wanted to have breakfast before taking the bus to Siena, they let me in and served breakfast, GREAT

This is a well located coffee shop with nice food and spectacular mountain views from the heights of Montalcino! Stay for lunch or coffee , it is lovely.

Great wines and excellent view. Loved this place. Friendly staff as well. Great snacks but didn’t stay for dinner. Though the menu sounded wonderful.

Stopped here for a lunch break while visiting the Val d'Orcia, I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view, certainly very suggestive especially when accompanied by a nice glass of red

06/08/2024: Heerlijk restaurant, wij zaten buiten op en pleintje. Goede service, in alles was merk je dat er veel ervaring is. Enige minpuntje was voor ons de tira misu deze was duidelijk even snel ontdooid. Stukjes waren al warm terwijl andere delen nok te koud waren
29/07/2024: Excellent dining experience; very friendly service with minimal waiting times. We were "satisfied" with two very tasty tartares (very fragrant truffle and fried egg), a tender entrecote, cooked as requested, and finally two desserts, both excellent but the millefeuille decomposed beyond all expectations. The glass of red recommended by the owner is also of excellent quality. I really hope to return.

Osteria al Palchetto

05/08/2024: A very interesting experience. This place has an atmosphere - the owner sits in front of the entrance, drinking wine... ☺️ the food is simple, but delicious in its simplicity. We didn't have to wait long and the service was very nice.
03/08/2024: Crazy Fiorentina! Attention, you have to book it in the morning for the evening! Also excellent first courses and starters. Old traditional Tuscan tavern: conviviality of the staff and excellent quality of the products.
