A very welcome and unexpected surprise, truly well done! Update of August 28, 2025: I 100% confirm everything I said previously, 100% satisfied across the board. For the past three years, every visit to Montalcino has been exclusively to Belvedere! Thanks to Simone and his team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen!

07/08/2025: Very good meal at this small organic restaurant. Highly recommended if you're on vacation in Poggibonsi or the surrounding area and want to eat light and healthy (the vegetables are excellent). Several visits and consistent quality.
27/05/2025: Gastronomia Bio molto buona con tanta scelta di piatti espressi, ben cucinati e buoni di qualità (buonissimi anche i dolci dove si sentono i bilanciamenti giusti senza rimanere assuefatti e pieni di zucchero) bravi!!!
