very kind staff but all the dishes that were served were decidedly cold: roast and potatoes (frozen), pinsa (cold), toast (hard cheese, cold, not melted) ... too much haste

The service needs updating. You ask for coffee and 10 minutes pass before they even look at you, then another 10 to get it.
