Our group of 4 truly enjoyed the lovely owner Emma's menu and delicious quisine, and fascinating conversation more than once while we visited Cortona in early Nov 2024. We would highly recommend visiting more than once!

Emma es el anfitrión más agradable - acogedor, servicial y honesto. Dejé caer una tarjeta de crédito en el suelo en nuestra primera visita allí - no tenía idea de dónde podría haber ido. Volvió para comprobar si podría haber estado allí, y ella sonrió ampliamente y me lo presentó. Como no había forma de saber cómo o dónde podía contactarme, estaba encantada de que hubiera vuelto. Las cenas que tuvimos allí fueron deliciosas, al igual que un desayuno que comimos en una mesa afuera.

Very close treatment, they treated us very well and the sweets they have are spectacular, super family atmosphere and they also communicated with us in Spanish, a 10 for this place and I hope to return soon!!

Llegamos a Cortona después de un largo día y terminamos en este bar / restaurante Fabolous. Emma y su personal es simplemente fantástico. Hemos estado aquí todos los días (excepto uno) desde entonces. La comida, el personal, el dueño y el ambiente son geniales. Bellissimo, Perfecto, delicioso.

Emma was amazing and really made my visit to Italy special. I enjoyed the Gresca Salad, a delicious barley coffee, and a chocolate glazed pastry (however there was so many pastries to choose from - it was hard to pick). The music is nice and it’s a beautiful intimate setting. I’m definitely making this one of my go to spots when I visit again. Thank you so much, Emma!🌻

Wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch, wide selection of coffee and pastries. Emma is such a nice and welcoming person who clearly has a passion for her food and city. My wife and I went 4 times during our week. Would highly recommend.

21/02/2025: Quite nice place even if located in an industrial/commercial area. I had read positive reviews and I can only confirm them. Simple but good cuisine. I can only make one note, the cut arrived a little cold and the knife they brought for the meat cut less than the one already present at the table.
17/02/2025: Place to buy typical products, stop for a coffee or have lunch. Typical Tuscan dishes, delicious cured meats and the liver pâté is also very good. Good, calloused pici accompanied by traditional sauces. Simple, friendly, fast service. Super clean bathrooms. Recommended if you are in the area. The prices were honest. The three of us spent €23 per person for a nice starter and an excellent portion of first course.

12/03/2025: Excellent, service characterized by impeccable kindness, the place very... very beautiful, quality dishes!
14/02/2025: A simply wonderful place, a style and a strong personality. Atmosphere perfectly in line with the venue. Sophisticated dishes of the highest quality, with taste that gave me a true culinary experience that I hadn't tried in a long time. My four stars are due to the service which is not up to everything described above but it is only a very small flaw that does little to detract from the very pleasant dinner enjoyed. Thanks also for your time. I wish you the best considering your young age. Compliments
