Bamboo is my favorite place downtown. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is intimate and, given that I have been going there for some time, now familiar. The furnishings are cared for down to the smallest detail and give it an elegant appearance. Sometimes I go for the aperitif where there is a well-assorted buffet for free, other times for after dinner. The cocktails are exceptional and their drinklist is truly original (if you don't know what to choose, let yourself be guided). The real strong point, however, is the staff. Welcoming, professional (seeing is believing, their barmen are continuously engaged in training and masterclasses), smiling and available. for me and my friends bamboo is a certainty. Highly recommended!

What about this cocktail bar? One of the best in Bologna. The atmosphere is welcoming and sophisticated, every detail seems designed to offer maximum relaxation. The staff is super prepared, always ready to recommend the perfect cocktail based on personal tastes (even for a difficult person like me🤣), and the service is truly impeccable. The cocktail menu is a true masterpiece: varied and creative. Each drink is a small work of art, not only for its flavor but also for its presentation, which is always a pleasure for the eyes. They are always ready to amaze you 😍 But it's not just the drink that makes the difference: the setting is perfect for a romantic outing, a meeting with friends or a more intimate evening. The music in the background creates a relaxing atmosphere (the Saturday night deejay is truly magnificent) without ever overpowering the conversation, while the right lighting adds a touch of magic. Truly magnificent!

Bamboo is a mixing bar with good recognition. A nice buffet is offered at a fair price and for an evening aperitif it is a really good reference. What is convincing is the craftsmanship of the cocktails, beautiful to look at but above all appreciable. The mixing method is entirely theirs: for example for the Negroni they use different vermouths and they do the same with gin; therefore it is impossible to trace the labels. The Negroni is still valid, except the American one. Subsequently we try the MiTo (Milan-Turin) and all in all it was successful, even if the block of ice prevents comfortable drinking. The brandy sour has a beautiful presentation and a persistent lemon scent, due to the Z-shaped peel at the base of the glass. However, the taste turns too lemony. The cocktails they create have long and well-made infusions. In short: it's good to try them all! Excellent service.
