Bambi Trippa e Lampredotto In Firenze

After a few years, I returned to the city where I studied and "celebrated" with Bambi sandwiches; we ordered one with lampredotto (for my son) and one with boiled meat (for me). My son was very satisfied with his, and I was thrilled with mine with boiled meat. I recommend this experience to everyone because at Bambi, besides the famous lampredotto, you can also find other things. I'll be back!

Very good express sandwiches, with stew, lampredotto, and porchetta. Despite the line, these guys are incredibly fast. Highly recommended for a quick lunch or dinner at a market table. I even bought a jar of liver pâté for crostoni to make at home!

Authentic Florentine lampredotto in the heart of the Central Market! If you want to try one of Florence's most iconic dishes, this is the place. Bambi's lampredotto is prepared according to tradition, flavorful and well-seasoned, with tender meat and sauces (green and spicy) that enhance the flavor without overpowering it. The simple and authentic market atmosphere is perfect for quick and authentic street food. The friendly and helpful staff are always ready to explain the history and preparation of the dish. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that seating is limited and often difficult to find, especially at peak times. Otherwise, a highly recommended experience!

Highly recommended, absolutely delicious! 😋👍 A bowl of tripe soup costs around 10 euros. The broth is very fragrant... and the ingredients are generous... A restaurant I'll miss after leaving Florence! 💗

Winter 2025 Panino Bambi Lampredotto: 5 euros A little cheaper than the one with the green sign and it seems cleaner. However, there are no seats. They're both about as crowded as the others, but this one might be a little better. I prefer the green one because it has a stronger flavor, but they're both about the same, so I guess it's best to choose based on how crowded it is.

Lampredotto was very tasty Porchetta was one of the best Ive ever tasted!

I finally tried the gopchang burger, a must-eat in Florence! The two handsome owners prepared it early in the morning, so I had a delicious breakfast. 😃 I love offal, so I was really curious when they said they had a gopchang burger, and it was delicious! I think I'll be thinking about it again next time I'm in Florence! (Thank you for being open during breakfast hours!)
