ordered the bambi lampredotto in panino. everything was good but personal preference is to have more flavour but I couldn't find any other condiments. they dip the bread in the stock before serving which is good. the meat is tender and quite enjoyed the sauce. fast service and the place looks clean, only standing area available. overall pretty good!

Visiting Florence for a couple of days... I ate Lampredotto. Don't be impressed! It's certainly not a model hanging from the hook! The craftsmanship of this stall makes it sublime. And the croquettes... the breast and tongue are superb. Just the right amount of spicy! The only thing is that the breast is a little salty!!

As a devoted offal lover, I’ve tried lampredotto from many street stalls and at the central market—most are satisfying in their own way. But Bambi Lampredotto truly stood out. Their version has a surprisingly delicate and refined flavor. Ο άνδρας μου πήρε την κλασσική επιλογή που περιλαμβάνει ενα ειδικό ψωμάκι βουτηγμένο σε σάλτσα, γεμισμένο με ψιλοκομμένο στομάχι αγελάδας (μοιαζει με τον πατσά) και σάλτσα πικάντικη ενώ εγώ πήρα την πειραγμένη εκδοχή που αντι για στομάχι περιλαμβάνει μοσχαρίσια μάγουλα σε κόκκινη σάλτσα (σαν κοκκινιστό μοσχάρι).Απλά τελεια και πολυ χορταστικά !

Da non perdere. Box di prodotti alimentari all’interno del mercato. Ambiente ben tenuto con un’immagine molto bella, tipica, caratteristica, così come lo sono i prodotti qui venduti e serviti. Si perché oltre all’asporto si può anche mangiare appoggiandosi a qualche tavolino e sgabellone lì presente. I panini sono squisiti, a cominciare da quello con il Lampredotto. Merito anche delle salse prodotte dallo stesso negozio, utilizzate per i panini preparati al momento ma anche vendute in vasetti di vetro ermeticamente chiusi. Dopo aver assaggiato sul posto il panino, con un buon bicchiere di Chianti, è stato inevitabile fare scorta per casa. E il ricordo del mio viaggio a Firenze è proseguito nella tavola di casa mia per settimane. Bravi.
