Bam Brewery Pub & Beer Shop In Milano

I went tonight with friends. The environment is welcoming, the beers varied with different proposals of their own production. We ate the tonnarelli all'arrabbiata and the cacio e pepe ones, really plentiful, freshly made and very tasty.

An excellent bar where you can drink a good beer in company. A wide selection of beers that satisfies every person. Well trained, courteous and friendly staff.

Nice environment, very nice and friendly staff. It was a pleasant evening in the pub. We had the really good and filling pucce (sandwiches) accompanied with potatoes and a good beer. Note of merit for the playlist (Italian 70s/90s) in the background but loud enough to make you hum.

We went late in the evening after 11pm and the service was excellent! Very welcoming atmosphere with super playlist (Vasco, Max Pezzali, Ligabue, etc), excellent selection of craft beers and their own production. I ordered the "petaloso" sandwich, a very tasty vegetarian option, the aubergine caponata was spectacular, as were the rest of the ingredients. I appreciated the choice of bread: pa puccia instead of the usual hamburger bread... in my opinion tastier. Everything is homemade by the girls, from the condiments, to the sauces, to the fried foods. Unfortunately I don't have any photos because it was so good that I ate it straight away🤪. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Location ottimale per chi ama la buona birra artigianale e il buon cibo, un luogo dove mi piace sempre tornare perché è come essere a casa. Buona possibilità di scelta nel menu dove si trovano piatti classici da pub, ma anche ottimi primi piatti tipici romani e altre leccornie create dai 2 chef di pregio, da provare tutto il menu.. io particolarmente apprezzo primi piatti carbonara e matriciana su tutte ma anche gli altri primi piatti mantengono un livello ottimale, lo Stinco molto buono cotto in maniera ottimale non serve coltello, basta toccarlo con la forchetta e si apre, ma anche panini toast dolci e antipasti sono ottimi. Per il bere c’è imbarazzo della scelta e se dovete farvi consigliare la proprietaria è altamente preparata e vi consiglierà nel modo migliore in base al vostro gusto per le birre artigianali presenti sua alla spina, alcune di sua produzione, e anche con birre in bottiglia sempre artigianali di tutti i tipi e di ottima qualità. Presenti anche buoni vini e distillati per chi non fosse amante della birra. Locale predisposto per la visione delle partite , completa il tutto lo staff, 2 chef e Signorina di pregio in sala che oltre alla bravura e competenza aggiungono simpatia e cortesia che rendono il tempo passato nel locale , momenti piacevoli. Ovviamente per la cortesia bisogna essere come clienti a propria volta cortesi e non acidi, maleducati o scassa c……….. cosa che non sempre i clienti percepiscono. Personalmente una seconda casa, da migliorare il tono goliardico e le intemperanze durante lo svolgimento delle partite , visto che trattasi di pub. Però posto per buone serate in compagnia e divertenti .. per arrivare alla lode nei limiti consentiti un po’ più di libertà agli ultras renderebbe irraggiungibile la location. La proprietaria per preparazione sempre 10 con lode, da provare … comunque tutto lo staf mostra competenza, preparazione e amore per il proprio lavoro che uniti alla cortesia e simpatia rendono la location ottima da frequentare con continuità per chi ama un certo tipo di serata in allegria.

Posto fantastico!! La loro birra è straordinaria, cibo e ambiente che ti fa star proprio bene. Simpatia da vendere!! Luisa la migliore!!
