Piedmontese cuisine revisited in a modern and non-modern key. The place is not huge but just enough to maintain a very high level of service and quality of the raw materials. In the heart of the center of Turin you absolutely need to book, otherwise it is difficult to find a place.

A restaurant that is truly worth it. Piedmontese dishes revisited in a modern key and an excellent choice of wines (also in bulk). For two with a first course, two second courses (side dishes are included), a dessert and a half-sized bottle of wine, around €60. It is essential to book in advance.

Let's start with the positive aspects.
Intimate and welcoming location.
Very friendly and smiling staff.
However, the dishes chosen did not satisfy me very much.
The brandacuiun doesn't seem to blend. Maybe it's missing a few potatoes and it seems a little disjointed.
The rabbit is a little dry...also poorly blended.
The first courses are good, even those with slightly new flavors (black cabbage and cod).

Food with genuine flavors, especially the pasta first courses. Service a little distracted perhaps due to the period of intense attendance. Chosen delicious first courses off the menu: tagliatelle with cod and black cabbage and square spaghettone with a delicious sauce of grilled peppers and pan-fried bacon. Chocolate bonet good but perhaps a little too firm. However, a more than positive experience.

Restaurant with typical Piedmontese cuisine. Very small location. The cuisine uses fresh and local ingredients, the final result is sufficiently good. The starter and main course were good but not exceptional, however the homemade dessert was superb. The wine selection is also excellent.

Essendo a Torino per visitare il Museo Egiziano nel pomeriggio, abbiamo voluto pranzare prima di entrare….con molta fortuna abbiamo trovato posto, credo che tutti i tavoli fossero già prenotati….
Locale che potrà ospitare trenta persone, cibo ottimo e servizio veloce…..buono il rapporto qualità prezzo….ci tornerei volentieri ma Venezia è un po’ troppo distante……

Una scelta ottima! Un piccolo locale, curato e accogliente, con personale cordiale e professionale.
Piatti sfiziosi, che sono un vero sollievo per il palato, con materie prime di qualità. Grazie per il consiglio anche sull'amaro locale: San Simone.
