We were there for 5 nights in June. The boss speaks German very well and gave us valuable hiking tips. There was very good food in the restaurant. The service is always very nice, not intrusive. From the cleaning lady to the boss...5 stars

Superb place run by a family, the somewhat isolated location of Cortina is a plus, the view from the terrace is excellent and the restaurant is delicious

We had an amazing evening at Baita Fraina yesterday. Great service, great location with a beautiful view on the mountains and the food was just perfect! Will want to go again and again if we had the time. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Cortina.

Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua dopo qualche anno che non andavamo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. Abbiamo pranzato in veranda con una vista mozzafiato nonostante il brutto tempo. Piatti eccellenti sia come qualità degli ingredienti che come presentazione. Scelta dei vini notevole. Esperienza da ripetere!

Went with the family and we loved it. Pasta was excellent especially cheese ravioli and the chocolate mousse was wow. The outdoor setting is beautiful especially if you can when their is light

Historic address in Cortina d'Ampezzo. Warm, welcoming and well-kept environment, the typical stube. Rather traditional menu, the dishes are prepared in their simplicity. Excellent wine list.

For our first time in Cortina we chose to have lunch in this welcoming wine shop located in the center. The gastronomic offer is good and at honest prices. We shared a platter of various types of Italian cheeses, one of speck accompanied by horseradish and cucumber and one with Cantabrian anchovies with fantastic creamy mountain butter. From the extensive wine list by the glass I treated myself to a very interesting Muller Thurgau from Koefererhof. Really pleasant experience.

16/08/2024: We stopped for lunch on mid-August. A real discovery. Nice, well-kept and well-managed place, friendly and quick staff, excellent and well-presented dishes. At the end the managers took us on a tour of the facility, and this shows how much they care about their work. Well done, highly recommended place! We will be back...
14/08/2024: Exceptional hotel, the ladies who order the rooms, the waiters and the reception staff are extremely nice, kind and courteous. The food is very good and the view is stunning! The SPA is also really nice. Highly recommended hotel.
