Very fresh and delicious baguettes with a variety of fillings. Guy behind the counter not very friendly though and basically it’s a take away with a couple of stools in a very busy alley so be prepared not to sit down.

Excellent baguettes. Warm and crispy pastries, fresh vegetables even in the evening shortly before closing. Friendly service. You can choose from meat and vegetarian options.

Nice selection of big sandwiches. Great taste. Good wine. Friendly staff. I liked that small friendly place in a small street. I felt being with the local population.

04/08/2024: Molte volte, quando passiamo da queste parti, ho visto l'insegna di questo ristorante ma non ci siamo mai fermati. Una volta perche troppo pieno, altre volte perché già prenotati in altra location. Questa volta abbiamo prenotato per tempo e finalmente abbiamo potuto deliziarci con le proposte del ristorante. Abbiamo iniziato con un mix di antipasti di mare caldi e freddi ottimi. Abbiamo poi proseguito con una pasta artigianale agli scampi e fiori di zucca e una guancia di vitello brasata. Due piatti che ci hanno lasciato un ricordo bellissimo. Il tutto condito da un ottimo vino locale suggerito dal gestore che ci ha coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Esperienza segnata in agenda e sottolineata più volte. Complimenti a "La Valletta"!!!

16/01/2025: Excellent place in the center of Velletri, a real 10/10. The dishes are really good and tasty. We tried two delicious starters, but the highlight of the evening was the absolutely heavenly pork cheek. Another strong point is the courtesy with which they welcome you, the owner of the place is uniquely kind and her children are no different. Friendliness, friendliness and a smile on your face. Beautiful evening.
