A day at Bagno Hermitage is certainly a relaxing one. The establishment, though small, offers many services with the necessary attention to customer needs: in addition to umbrellas with chairs, deckchairs, and sunbeds, there is also a changing cabin, outdoor showers and a hot indoor shower, a relaxation area in the garden, and a play area in the back for the little ones. The restroom area—always spotlessly clean—also includes one for disabled guests, and the shaded parking lot accommodates cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. In addition to the bar, there is also a restaurant serving mostly made-to-order seafood. Bagno Hermitage also has its own line of products available for purchase: beach towels, bags, and clutches. The owner, Sabina, is always smiling, courteous, attentive, and available to meet her guests' needs, and a pleasure to chat with. In addition to escorting new customers to their umbrellas and describing the establishment's organization and services, she's always in charge of the bar—with a special attention to the children who often stop to play at the indoor tables—as well as taking orders and managing the lunch service, which takes place largely on the shaded terrace with a splendid sea view. The rainbow salad is delicious and the fried vegetables are mouthwatering. Each dish is meticulously prepared, both in appearance and substance. They can be paired with excellent wine, and homemade desserts, too, brighten up the meal. Vanna's seafood cuisine offers a limited number of dishes based on the catch of the day, carefully selected with Sabina, ensuring that everything, from the starters to the salads, is delicious and excellent. The restaurant is also open on Fridays for dinner with an à la carte menu that changes from time to time, and sometimes with themed evenings with a fixed menu. At the bar, in addition to ice cream and packaged snacks, you can enjoy smoothies, pancakes, freshly made sweet and savory focaccias, and excellent drinks. Cleanliness, order, kindness and courtesy are not lacking throughout the bathroom and all the staff who assist in the excellent management.

A really lovely little bathing area with a café bar (drinks and food), shaded parking, clean restrooms, and above all, very friendly service. We'd gladly come back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The staff was friendly and helpful from the start, and the spaces are well-kept, clean, and tidy, just like when I was a kid. The food is also really delicious; I'll definitely be back!
