I would give much more if I could! The food is really delicious, every dish is a real surprise for the palate. The people are super nice and make you feel at home right away. The place is beautiful, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family. I really recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it!

Always a guarantee. The pappardelle alla carbonara with truffle are truly amazing! I didn't even have time to photograph the zuppa inglese 😂 Thick and very fresh. A panacea for the palate.

Dinner with friends, those who like truffles cannot miss eating them in this Umbrian restaurant. Really excellent omelette and tagliatelle. Price in line with the product. I will return.

In sopralluogo sul nuovo Cammino "Viae Sancti Romualdi" siamo andati a far visita alla Trattoria da Baffone immersa nel cuore dell'appennino umbro marchigiano con cucina tipica a base di tartufo e legata alle tradizioni del territorio. I sapori schietti e soprattutto la cordiale accoglienza dei gestori, che svelano la storia di questa famiglia speciale, merita sicuramente la visita per vivere una esperienza che va oltre l'aspetto culinario La consiglieremo agli amici del Cammino.

21/07/2025: Fantastic, authentic Italian restaurant with hidden gems 😉. The food is simply good Italian food, clearly prepared with passion and love for the craft. The location in the narrow alley is what you're looking for in Italy. Tip: if you're there… ask to see the cave and ask for the story behind it. After eating here two days ago, I knew I had to go back again this holiday… and definitely in the future. What made the evening perfect for me was that the founder, a true elderly Italian "Nonna" (90+, I think), came around at the end of the evening to wish the guests a pleasant evening. Her grandson keeps the tradition alive and is a very friendly and funny host. In the eighteen years we've been coming to this area, this is definitely one of the gems we've discovered. @Masolino… Thank you!

12/08/2025: I've been to many restaurants, and I came to this one on the recommendation of a frequent colleague... He'd told me I'd eat well and that the quality was high, but I didn't expect it to reach THIS level. First and foremost, the owner's kindness; as soon as you walk in, you feel like you're "at home." But above all, the food... the pasta with mushrooms smelled amazing from 10 meters away... the gnocchi with white ragout were delicious (I didn't think white ragout could be this good). And the main courses, too: the lamb was incredibly tender and the pork was fabulous. I recommend the potatoes and chicory as side dishes. I forgot: we paid a much lower price than the quality of the dishes. Thank you so much!
