Atmosphere: 8/10 Backdoor 43 is one of Milan’s most unusual concepts. You get your own private room for an hour, with full control over the music and a setup that feels like a tiny living room surrounded by whiskey bottles. The intimacy can be a bit awkward for introverts since the bartender is part of your experience the entire time, so the usual social energy of a bar isn’t really present. The whole room functions as the backbar, and seating is fully private. Located along the canal next to MAG Café, the setting outside is vibrant and lively. Drinks: 8/10 Recommendation: BananaVardier The menu is very creative in design with a broad selection. Drinks are good in flavor and balance. Presentation is basic overall, with average glassware, simple garnishes, and straightforward ice. Coasters are nice. Service: 9/10 Service is essentially one-to-one with your personal bartender, making it extremely attentive. Water is provided on arrival. The bartender is both professional and very friendly. Reservations are mandatory, and pricing is average.

Amazing place! Hidden among alot generic spots around, this one highlights unique cocktails, flawless service and comfort feeling, we hit the spot right at its 10 years anniversary so we had the privilege of trying signature cocktails made by bartenders troughout this period. MUST HAVE a reservation, and the stories behind that door are so interesting

Out of ordinary experience to recommend. The concept is great and the space is super well decorated. The bartender is very nice. We had the special menu for the 10 year anniversary of the bar but also had the opportunity to ask Gigi to make a special cocktail for me that he did perfectly! We were able to cater the experience to our taste, from choosing the music and even the AC level.

A worthy experience. You have to book in advance and deposit €15/pax (they will minus in the bill afterwards). You have one hour with the bartender and he will give you a menu/ recommend you sth based on your taste. We ended up buying a bitter coz we love it so much. As a part of farmily group, they are professional.

The best cocktail bar I've ever been to! 1 hour, 6 cocktails! Each one better than the last! An incredible bartender! I highly recommend this unique, human, and magical experience!

An incredible experience! The world's smallest bar. A bar and bartender just for you. He is very knowledgeable about alcohol and can create surprise cocktails according to your wishes. You can turn on the music you want inside, and even adjust the lights yourself. It is definitely worth experiencing.
