We came across Bacco Verde on Google without any particular recommendations and decided to stop by, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ordered tortellini, pasta with ragù, and a portion of meat, and everything was delicious. The food felt very authentic and well prepared. We also had a great Lambrusco, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed. It’s the kind of place that works both for a longer dinner with friends and also for a nice date. A really lovely discovery in Parma, definitely a place worth visiting.

We discovered this place during our stay in Parma, and I'm happy to say that the food was excellent, meeting and exceeding my expectations! Home-cooked food and family warmth created a perfect combination that left me speechless. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in this wonderful city.

Looking for a place to eat, we ended up at this particular restaurant. Although we were initially worried about the location, we were later compensated. We ordered: Handmade ravioli with spinach and grated parmesan. Tagliatelle with ragout sauce. Lettuce, tomato salad, rolls with prosciutto and parmesan and balsamic vinegar. Cheese plate with 24-month-old parmesan raggiono, pecorino and Caciotta in two flavors with peanuts and oregano. Cold cuts plate with prosciutto, coppa, cured pancetta, mortadella and koulasia. Everything was delicious. Thank you.

A bit hidden, but definitely the best we ate at in Parma! Highly recommended. The ambiance and food are meticulously crafted, with an ethos that's been around for generations, which is immediately evident in the menu. It's definitely worth a visit if you want excellent local food without spending a fortune. I recommend booking because the place isn't very big.

01/03/2026: First time at this place... is that true?!? 5 stars aren't enough! We highly recommend this restaurant... we ate fish, the entrée was truly spectacular, the gazpacio was a delicacy, along with the olive that isn't an olive, and the fishbone that will truly remain etched in your memory. The pairings and dishes were successful; I think innovation and tradition go hand in hand with a masterful balance. The tuna is truly special, but so is everything else. Compliments to the chef and all the staff... the Sicilian touch is clearly evident in the Sicilian cassata, excellent. Impeccable service and a good wine selection too. We'll definitely be back; for us, it's one of the best options in Parma. The only downside is the parking... you have to make do with your surroundings, but those few steps to get to your car after dinner will be more than welcome. 😉
