Un’osteria molto carina, cucina famigliare tipicamente parmense, con ingredienti ottimi a km 0. Una genuinità ormai difficile da trovare. Abbiamo mangiato degli gnocchi alla parmigiana fatti in casa come anche il loro sugo di pomodoro e dei tortelli radicchio e speck, anche questi fatti da loro. Di secondo un tagliere di formaggi, tutti buonissimi e spalla arrosto con verdure grigliate. Infine due dolci molto buoni. Cena innaffiata da un ottimo lambrusco. Fine cena con un liquore offerto e un conto onestissimo.

From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, we couldn't stop complimenting the cook. Excellent service, nice and friendly staff. Pleasant environment and excellent choice of music! Next time we are in Parma we will definitely return!

Para nosotros fue un descubrimiento que nunca hubiéramos encontrado sin la ayuda de una colega de ellos, Simona. Está en una calle larguísima y no se ve mas que un portón. Este lugar escondido es muy acogedor, con sus paredes de ladrillo vista Comimos el mejor parmiggiano acompañado con mermelada de higo, un jamón crudo excelente y unos exquisitos tortelli dérbetta. Sabrina cocina exquisito y con su hermana Jenni nos agasajaron mucho, su padre Giorgio circula y asiste con suma seriedad Al día siguiente algo similar y probamos los postres de chocolate y la típica torta sbrisolona Gracias por su atención tan esmerada
