Restaurant on the hills of Palaia, within walls separated from the city center, as if it were a renovated small castle. It boasts an exceptional Belvedere. It is possible to choose between a table with a panorama in the garden or inside the structure, among frescoes that recall the wonderful external view. The menu is a reinterpretation of Tuscan classics, expertly proposed in sincere flavors and platings. We have had the pleasure of having been guests of the kind owner twice so far. Among the most popular proposals: the Bacciomeo (mixed appetizer of the Tuscan tradition), the pici with white Cinta Senese ragù, spectacular sliced ​​beef and 1.5 kg of pure love embodied in a fantastic Fiorentina. The atmosphere is elegant but informal, there is a happy homely atmosphere. Inelegant but excellent value for money. *I am lucky enough to know many realities, and this represents, for me, among the best restaurant proposals recommended in Tuscany.

A decidedly special restaurant...excellent context...nice environment... We were given a table in the garden with a stunning view. Good service, good waitresses. Very good and tasty traditional dishes. Place to definitely return. The owner is very nice and at the end of the dinner she stops to chat enthusiastically and pleasantly with the customers, asking them if they had a good time and if the dishes she cooked were good. Prices ok. Compliments!!!

After our first visit with 3 people on a Tuesday, we were thrilled! Great service, time was taken and the food was excellent in a wonderful atmosphere. We weren't well dressed, we came from hiking and still felt very comfortable. On the second visit I made a reservation for our entire group of 15 people on Friday evening. As requested, we sat in the garden with a beautiful view of Palaia. Really fantastic. However, the evening was not as beautiful as expected. The service was very annoying that day. No time was taken. No advice, no good mood. The food was mixed up, main course together with starter. The doneness of the meat was well done and not medium rare and medium as requested. When asked, the boss simply walked away and ignored our calls. When we asked for a picture, the waitress rolled her eyes. Unfortunately, we didn't feel any hospitality that evening. I was disappointed after our good first experience. You should probably only go with a few people, otherwise they will be overwhelmed.

On Sunday 05.23.2024 I went for lunch with my wife. It was the first time and I was very satisfied with the very elegant but not stuffy environment, the welcome of the staff and the food. It is not a restaurant and the prices they are quite high but they are justified by the environment and the quality of the perfectly cooked food. I will definitely return. A higher level restaurant than most of the restaurants in the whole Valdera. As a true Tuscan and lover of good food I can guarantee you that having been to around 200 restaurants in the province of Pisa that Bacciomeo is in the top places in a ranking. A very enjoyable evening and food at an absolutely beautiful venue. We were never rushed between courses and the staff were very accommodating with our desire to share starter courses (even splitting two servings between four plates for us). Many thanks for a lovely evening in your wonderful surroundings.

We went today to celebrate a communion, excellent food, perfect service and a beautiful location. All 5 well deserved stars!!! We will be back soon to try the à la carte menu which will certainly be a guarantee!! Excellent experience that I highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again and congratulations!!

Great atmosphere! The meat done over the wood charcoal is very special. Uncle Lindo does the barbecue, if you are near by, it shouldn’t be missed.
