I had the pleasure of tasting dim sum, a journey of flavours, textures and aromas capable of surprising with every bite. But the dish that left me speechless the most was the Peking Duck: an explosion of taste, balance and technique, served with a theatricality that enhances its value even more. A higher level, without a doubt. BA-Restaurant is not just a restaurant, it is an experience to live and remember. A tribute to the great Chinese cuisine, designed for refined and curious palates.
