The best gelati that we had in our Italian trip. It is away from the crowded duomo area. It is a hidden gem. We tried the cheesecake and other dessert too but the gelati, keeps us coming back. The owner is friendly too.

Amazing family run Gelateria. We did a gelato workshop and learned so much about REAL gelato. B.ICE is not on the tourist track, but I definitely recommend you go, as I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! Mary Ayres

This is my absolute favorite place in Firenze for gelato. A family run cafe. Everyone is happy here, especially the people eating the gelato, which is all of us.

24/11/2025: Everything was perfect. Note that the price is higher than indicated on Google. Splendid view, excellent locally sourced food, dedicated owner, kindness, and quality service—it was exceptional.
17/11/2025: A wonderful place, where the view alone is worth the visit. The tasting menu, when we were there in October of this year, featured well-prepared homemade food, with house wine included – very good. But the view alone is truly worth it, so if you're in the area, you can't miss it.

17/02/2026: The best ice cream I've had in Italy so far! It's not too sweet, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend the lavender and berry flavors.
