We visited B. Ice several times on our last trip to Florence. The gelato was excellent, with no artificial colors and a great variety of flavors. The service was friendly and welcoming. The father kindly made me an affogato when I asked for one. We enjoyed sitting on the window ledge, people watching and talking to the owners. We plan on visiting it daily when we return in a few months!!!

This ice cream is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C-O and that's just one word for it. Ice cream made with top quality products, excellent staff, I really don't know what else to say to praise this wonderful place.

Very exquisite gelato, I will say more on the ice creamy side but nonetheless the taste was amazing and the texture was great. The tiramisu was also really lovely although the cream filling seems to lack a bit of marscopone. Overall splendid sweet treats

O...m...g!!!! The best gelato I've ever had enough said! We were in Florence for 4 days and went two of them. There are no artificial colors used so everything is as fresh as it can get!

Got gelato 4 times here during out visit. Flavors are amazing and the gelato was so smooth. Standouts were mango, almond, uva (grape), and lemon/sage. The flavors rotate daily, but they may have one of your favorites in the back if you ask. Staff were warm and friendly.

Il gelato più buono di Firenze! Assaporare il gusto del gelato artigianale, tra cui la consistenza, il profumo, il sapore, non è da tutti! Consiglio vivamente di andare lì! I proprietari sono gentili! :)

17/02/2025: This was recommended to us by my son's friend, who came here years ago. Definitely did not disappoint. Very tempting and delicious flavors.
15/02/2025: The best ice cream we have ever eaten. The girls who attended us were very nice and recommended us. We ordered a combination called “chic” which was scary, and we also made our own, combining “cupid” with pistachio and white chocolate. I give it 5 stars for not giving it 7, because I almost ate the napkin that covered the ice cream.
