We visited Hosteria Bertinelli for a guided tour of the dairy and a tasting. Very interesting experience...our guide Lorenzo was thorough and helpful. Excellent tasting.

The tour in the maturation room is incredible. We have the pleasure to meet Mr. Bertinelli before the tour, and we like to congratulate Mr. Lorenzo that showed us the Bertinelli facility. The tasting and the lunchis out of this world.

Cena domenica sera, ormai più volte. Pizza gourmet fantastica.In compagnia ognuno ne prende una e poi ce le scambiamo viste che arrivano su taglieri già a fette.Stasera siamo andati con Costamezzana e Castelguelfo.Scelta limitata, prodotti ottimi. Locale elegante, spaziosi, tranquillo con buona musica in sottofondo. Complimenti.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per il parmigiano. Il menu offre diverse proposte anche "fighette" e l'ambiente è business casual. Molto indicato per pranzi di lavoro. La sala è enorme e il servizio attento. Come unico difetto abbiamo trovato tempi un po' più lunghi della media.

20/01/2025: Ero andata tempo fa con mia madre nella pizzeria piacevolmente sorpresa poi le abbiamo prese anche da asporto che dire una qualità eccellente ingredienti di prima qualità io ho preso la pizza Ivan tutto buonissimo mi spiace dirlo ma dove abito a borgotaro non cè una pizza di questa qualità quindi vale la strada fatta eccezionale complimenti veramente una delle pizze più buone che ho mai mangiato!
