This is a very special place for anyone who loves cheese and in particular for those like me who love Parmesan. Yes, because here one can both taste really good cheese and see how it's done! We did the tour late in the afternoon and so we couldn't see all the stages of preparation. Our guide was probably tired at the end of the day and lacked that energy we would have loved to see. But the space remains special, in particular when one enters the warehouse where the last 4-5 years of products are stored, left to age. The shop that sells local produce is like heaven for foodies. In particular I signal the presence of a Parmesan creme that I had never seen before. Surprisingly the tastiest thing was probably the ice cream I had before entering the tour.

Pizza gourmet fantastica.In compagnia ognuno ne prende una e poi ce le scambiamo viste che arrivano su taglieri già a fette.Stasera siamo andati con Costamezzana e Castelguelfo.Scelta limitata, prodotti ottimi. Locale elegante, spaziosi, tranquillo con buona musica in sottofondo. Complimenti.

I only had a coffee but I liked everything about the internal organisation, cleanliness and food corner... perhaps a second cash register for unexpected events would be an excellent idea.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per il parmigiano. Il menu offre diverse proposte anche "fighette" e l'ambiente è business casual. Molto indicato per pranzi di lavoro. La sala è enorme e il servizio attento. Come unico difetto abbiamo trovato tempi un po' più lunghi della media.
