We decided to take the guided tour with lunch included at the Hosteria. The tour was very interesting, and Lorenzo was a very energetic, friendly, and clear guide. Lunch was delicious, and the highlight was definitely the tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with its three ages and two crostini with Parmigiano cream. The staff was very attentive and helpful in explaining all the various courses.
