I only had a coffee but I liked everything about the internal organisation, cleanliness and food corner... perhaps a second cash register for unexpected events would be an excellent idea.

I had the distinct pleasure to be a part of a tour of the Bertinelli Farm and October of 2024. As a part of a school tour from the Culinary Institute of Charleston and Charleston, SC, USA, we all came away impressed with the production process as well as the passion and commitment shown by everyone involved. We ended the tour with an informative tasting of some of the different types of aged cheeses. I brought back a 48-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano and was received like a king upon presenting it to my wife. This is the second time the Culinary Institute has taken students to this farm based on the value it brings to our students. We plan to make it a yearly visit.

We took advantage of a package with a guided tour of the dairy: a truly interesting tour where the entire transformation of Parmigiano Reggiano is explained. However, in the restaurant area, I found many negative aspects: the place was too large and distracting where I did not find the uniqueness of Parma, and the same thing regarding the professionalism of those who served us for the aperitif: not very knowledgeable about the choice of wines, and raw material quite poor for the price paid. The area where local products are sold is beautiful

Abbiamo fatto visita del caseificio + light lunch
Visita molto carina con degustazione , molto piacevoli
Pranzo con pietanze molto deliziose , personale gentile peccato per il servizio un po’ lento
Si possono acquistare i loro prodotti nella loro bottega (anche prodotti da banco)
Unica nota stonata a mio avviso, nella parte esterna del ristorante c’è una piscina che la domenica fa musica con dj che non si sposa molto con l’ambiente
