Stopped by chance, at the last moment we were accepted for a guided tour with Lorenzo. It was a pleasant discovery. Excellent guide and quality local products.
You can't help but try the ice cream. Fantastic!!!

Exquisite lunch
The only complaint is that the chair is a little broken and doesn't give you the right comfort
And I would also say breadsticks that have been open for too long and have lost their crumbliness
For the rest everything is perfect, obviously the price is not cheap....

In general, a nice place with a good offer of the area. The service is to be forgotten with several errors, even serious ones, and the staff not suitable for this type of place. Overall I would recommend it even if the service needs improvement.

After spending an afternoon by the pool we sat on the veranda for an aperitif...
Which then turned into a wonderful experience called Dinner.
Excellent starter with very high quality cured meats, as first courses exceptional tortelli d'erbetta (homemade) and risotto with cheeses.
Sweet, parmesan ice cream to try absolutely......
Exceptional top.
Excellent service, beautiful location and especially early in summer to escape from the heat of the city.
I recommend to everyone

Quintessential Italian. In the same place you can eat at the restaurant, get a drink or coffee at the bar, buy aged parmigiana and meats at the shop, take a tour of the cheese factory, or sit out by the pool and pool bar.
I would highly recommend the parmigiana cheese tour, I found it very interesting, and the tour guide was very good.

Abbiamo fatto visita del caseificio + light lunch
Visita molto carina con degustazione , molto piacevoli
Pranzo con pietanze molto deliziose , personale gentile peccato per il servizio un po’ lento
Si possono acquistare i loro prodotti nella loro bottega (anche prodotti da banco)
Unica nota stonata a mio avviso, nella parte esterna del ristorante c’è una piscina che la domenica fa musica con dj che non si sposa molto con l’ambiente

Sono stato in questo locale per un pranzo di affari, abbiamo preso un antipasto composto da affettati, mousse di parmigiano (altamente consigliato) e la.torta fritta, come prima portata i ravioli alle erbette con un velo di parmigiano grattugiato sopra e per concludere un tiramisù al caramello salato, veramente molto particolare, la qualità c'è e si sente, il locale è ampio ed il personale si presenta molto bene.
Il locale ha al suo Inter uno shop dove poter acquistare salumi e formaggi locali anch'essi di qualità.
