First time at an Eritrean restaurant and it was a fantastic experience! 🌍 The food was truly delicious, with authentic flavors and dishes prepared with attention to every detail. The welcome was superb: the staff were kind, smiling, and ready to explain each course. The atmosphere was warm and familiar, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back! PS. I visited here hoping to try a variety of wat topped with injera. I wasn't sure what it was on the menu, but I asked because I wanted it, and they made a single-serving platter (€15). It had a curry-like flavor, but it wasn't overly rich or overpowering, and it had very little of the sweetness that Middle Eastern curries often have. It was surrounded by mashed potatoes, minced meat, and vegetables, and in the middle was stewed beef. There were lots of small pieces of meat. Everything had a gradually building spiciness, and I had to drink all my water. The style of eating wat, where you hold it with your hands through the injera, was quite unique and novel, as I'm not used to it. Two slices of injera were served, but I was full after just one. It was my first time trying Ethiopian food, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner was also attentive to his customers.

A peaceful and quiet Saturday evening. The place was intimate, not at all noisy, and very quaint. The food was excellent and the flavors were original. The service was prompt and welcoming (special thanks to Yosief). The quality/price ratio was fair and reasonable, recommended for those on a budget. A fantastic experience, we'll be back.

I went with my parents; it was the first time for the three of us to try Eritrean-Ethiopian food. We were treated to a succulent and flavorful cuisine. The texture and taste of the injera were a novelty for our palates, as were the flavors of the different pastas and sauces that accompanied it. The service was also extremely friendly and warm.
